8/25-9/3 ADR Update--CODE RED!!!!!!

Is your party size only 3? That seems to make alot of difference. Also the dates play a role. We are going the 1st week of free dining and it is the busiest week due to northern schools still being on summer vacation. As a matter of fact, I saw the other day that free dining is no longer being offered at any resort from Aug. 26-Sep 1st.

We will be a party of 5. Yes they are all sold out. At first we had ressie at POR but decide it would be best if we got two rooms at a value. We want pop. Nothing available then tried for All-star music or movies. The only one they had avialable was Sports. and the main pool and kiddie pool will be close the couple of days that we are there. I called back a couple of times to switch resorts but nothing in the other values.

My CM was genuinely surprised that I wanted to spend extra time cancelling my other ADRs....like not many bother to do so that he has dealt with.

I doubt it really is the norm to cancel because most people don't realize(other than us DISers of course) how desparate others are to get their hands on the ADRs. Also, if you don't know about the 877 # its a long distance call, and regardless you have to go through the whole automated routine, and then be put on hold....most people aren't going to bother just for courtesy sake unfortuanately.
