Wonder if this is over or only in certain areas? No Suave coupons when I go to Target.com

I really think someone monitors these and other budget boards because I saw the coupons on my laptop but have no printer connected. When I went downstairs to the main computer I saw that the coupons had been removed.
I went to Target to try and print the coupons there but they were off the site completely.
