OK, in honor of Lisa's Ode to Shakespeare (who I am sure would be immensely proud of this thread) I have surmised what his assessment might be were he here to join us.

Funny, after my DD was born, DH proclaimed that he'd like to have 3 girls. DD is still an only child.

I hear that! My dd will be 9 in May. Now she is kind of getting into privacy a bit. If I go into the bathroom when she is in there she has a fit, but it's fine for her to walk in on me when I'm on the "Throne"! Then she has to comment on what's going on. I don't know if this is my dream job, but I think it would be fun to be one of the dream squad CMs. Most of the time you just hang around the park and talk to folks. Every now and then you get to spread a little (or a lot depending on what you are granting) pixie dust.

Staying noncommitted----I understand!!!!! I think its too late for me. No turning back now. Remember you cannot escape the PIRATE ZONE!!!!!! Its a huge vortex sucking you in further and further. Once you enter----its too late.

My daughter is going thru the cell phone thing with her 10 yr old daughter. Birthday is Sunday. It appears the kids have them at school and the school allows them to answer them in the class???????
What is going on in the schools? She is going to talk to the teacher as this is causing peer pressure in the worst way. The school used to be uniforms for this reason but dropped the requirements. Oh well, must get motivated to get up and clean

You know my dog doesn't work the computer or anything like that but my DH got in the habit of turning on the bidet for him to drink out of-------better than the toilet theory. (My dog drinks out of the bidet not my husband. ) So now anytime anyone is in the BR River comes in and expects you to turn on his dogbowl.

Arlene I hear ya!!!! Many of the 10 yo my son knows also have cell phones. We will not be going there anytime soon. They are always with me so why would they need one. Besides they loose everything.
