Pretty much. The best part was that a DISer happened to be in the area and wanted to know if they knew about the Roy.

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention the important part. This was a surprise!! My family thought we were staying in a cat 6.

Joyce FamOf8 said do you mind if I tag along? I said, no I don't mind. She said I have a camera and it takes video would you like me to video them going into the room. I thought this was too good to pass up so we have the following:

It is not the greatest video in the world and there was a lot of running around so it is a bit frantic but still fun just the same.

Thanks for sharing that, Jeff! Having kept the secret with you on the boards for so long I was so excited for them all. Sarah is just too cute! Loved your other DD's comment that she would just sleep in the tub.

For the MR with my family (and a few other DISers) I have in for any Cat 1, 2, or 3......

For the girls.....any 1, 2, or 3.....with a note that we'd take just about anything that they want to toss at us!!

Here's how desperate we are to just GO on this cruise.....we even said we'd take any two rooms remotely CLOSE to eachother!

I am not shy about saying' we'll sail in any normal catagory for this voyage. It's just a matter of getting through reasonably early and NOT getting INSULTED with sharply higher rates. Even so - we'll book initially and then pull out a calculator, Frankly - I sort of think there is a number I have in mind that is OK to fund for the PC voyage here.... and I don't expect to see it exceeded. The only thing is I would prefer to be HAPPY with the catagory I get for the money - does that make any sense?

I could pay any amount - up to the going rate for a cat 1 - as I'm sure many of us could. That is, if we decided sell a car or something... <chuckles>. So - are any of us gonna do that... Noooooo. So - we all set a figure in mind - and some of us have minimum standards for cabin. And in my case - I draw the line just above the BROOM CLOSET suggested by LBGraves!

Same here except I will consider a catagory 12 guarantee (last choice probably) ...
