Sorry I like to embellish!! Before we cruise the story will be that I was there with you and Johnna and we all got arrested for dressing like Ladies of the Evening. I kid you not!

Yes, my back acted up last week.. I was going to the ER and giving them my hx or just increse the meds I have and suffereing it out.. so I suffered it out..I didnt feel like giving 8 hrs to the ER just for a shot of meds.. so I laid in bed and was catered to for a few days.. Thank goodness the worse of the snow was over however... and Jaclyn was gone for Mid winter break...
So nothing pressign to learn here???

Okay, now this isn't a must have but a must do! DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT keep the house quiet as tomb when baby is sleeping - vacuum, play the radio, use the blow dryer. Get the baby used to sleeping through noise early on!

Definitely!!! DS7 spent his first week in NICU - an incredibly NOISY place. Since he could sleep there, we figured there wasn't any need to keep things quiet at home. Great decision - the kid can sleep through almost anything!

This is so true! I remember when my friend had mono - of course, we always shared soda so I thought for sure I was going to get it and was devastated when I didn't. I only found out a few months ago that I had mono when I was 5, hence the reason why I didn't get it when I was 12.

I didn't know you could only get mono once?

Actually, it is very rare - but it is possible to have mono twice. DH had it when he was 5 (was even hospitalized) and then again when we were in college. It was actually soon after I first met him and it went undiagnosed for quite a while because the school physician assumed it couldn't be mono. When he went home for a break and went to his usual physician, they put him through a battery of tests and found out he was one of the rare people who could get it twice. Part of the problem was that the school physician and everyone around him there didn't think it could be mono since he didn't seem rundown/exhausted/tired - what none of us knew was that he is usually hyperactive, bounces off the walls and does twice as much as a normal person in a day! We joke that mono just made him "normal"

Can I please have another hint Lisa. I'm scanning everyone's siggie and no Theresa yet. I'm figuring she's a Geek. And I know the name, the real name, of everyone posting here right now, so she's not here now. Come on.....you know I got the name thingy going.....

I don't think she is a Geek (well, other than the obvious techie-geek aplied to all of us who do websites...) She was on the Jan 13, 2007 Magic (but she and I only met once - in the check-in line at the terminal!)

Other News: I FINALLY ordered a pair of Mickey Crocs! Dick's Sporting Goods has the red in a Women's Small (6-7) which is one of the sizes I can wear. The 20% code had expired, but I did find a 10% click-through discount and used the Google checkout $10 off - Total = $21.49 which is a lot less than I was going to pay at Disney last month if they had my size.

I probably shouldn't say 'blow up' and 'airplane' in the same sentence. For the same reason I don't travel with my friend Jackson anymore -- afraid to say "Hi, Jack" in the terminal when I meet him.
