Okay, it only took me all day to catch up and it is now 5:20pm here and I logged off at about 10 pm last night. Many, Many pages to read. I don't like to post until I have read them all because I don't want to duplicate to much. But here are a few answers that I need to get to.
FGM....are you close to Saline? My best friend from childhood lives there....
Not to close about 1 1/2 hour away. That is southwest of us. Never been there that I know of.
Our school now e-mails progress reports every Friday, it really helps to stay up with what the kids are doing.
And how did you get them to come right home and do their homework? The beatings didn't work here.
Which reminds me of a pirate shirt I saw in San Fran:
The Beatings Will Continue Until Morale Improves
I don't think we ever had a problem it was just what they always did. They do leave homework they get on Friday to do on Sunday usually but I don't really know what I would do if I had to ride them on their homework or even help them out much for that matter. They both just are so independent that they do everything on their own. If one of them had a math problem I would probably have to go back and refresh my memory before I just jump in. DD has Advanced Trig next year. Hope she knows how to do because I don't remember a thing.
Well, since there was talk about rescued poochies...here's my BiLs dog, Gizmo. He is such a sweetie and loves his playdates with our lab Sally.
BTW, you can have your poochie make the very same face by giving them just a little bit of peanut butter...as long as it's not Peter Pan.
Oh darn, I had a great picture in mind of our late Golden eating PB. It's not on this computer. I will have to try to find it on Mark's and post it later.
I try not to eat them at all, other than when they are part of a large recipe. However DD's entire school lunch table thinks hard boiled eggs are the best lunch ever.
Like in a cake? I like cake oh yeah and don't forget the frosting.
Forget about the Tag Fairy. Now I have "Family of the Week" envy!!
The closest we ever got was getting to raise the flag on the roof of Wilderness Lodge.
We have done that. Again the pictures are on Mark's computer. But the view up there is incredible.
Me too

I'm in the 5'2" club as well.....
your poor dad! Only six inches tall? LOL!
Me too. The 5'2" club not the 6" club.
Wow, I wouldn't have thought there was any way to make the Walt suite even more desirable, but this does it (I'm a huge HM fan).
If you take the behind the scenes tour at WDW they do a tour inside the HM it is so neat. The whole tour is worth the money. You learn some very cool things.

"You're the One That I Want" is on the radio right now.
Oh, thank you very much. I just got that song out of my head from yesterdays discussion and you put it back there. Gee now where is that Small World video.
Since Andrew expressed that BTM was his favorite ride. What is everyone elses favorite ride at any of the parks. Mine would have to be the Matterhorn and has been my favorite since 1959 when it opened.
Gosh, I could't begin to pick but like I said before I do like Spaceship Earth for naps.
Truly, my favorite ride (attraction) is and always has been Pirates of the Caribbean. Next month will be the first time I'll have seen it since it was refurbished.
We got to ride on it on one of the days it was opened before it was officially open. That was pretty cool. Just happened to be in the right place at the right time. Did Mission Mars that way too.
You don't know smelly bathrooms until you try to use the bathrooms by they casino on the Destiny out of PR. YUCK!!!
Ssshhhh.....don't tell anyone, but *I* have one!
Are those like the interactive Mickey's. If so we have the Mickey.
