Do they make the Ohio State crocs?
I have the Florida Gator crocs even though we know I am not a gator.....they are just so pretty and different.......

I've seen some at a store in town, but they aren't real crocs....some other brand name....

My ds has a navy pair and dd has a turquoise pair. They LOVE them and wear them all of the time! I want to get dd the pink disney ones, too. I'm going to look at the flip flop crocs for me.....I could live in flip flops!

You know, DW wants more CF cards for her camera....as if the 1GB card she has now won't be enough to fit the 25,000 pics a day she plans on taking :rotfl: I figured on getting two or three extra 2Gb cards because the 4-8 Gb cards are OUTRAGEOUSLY priced right now. But then I got a better idea...I saw this new Sony gizmo that's an external DVD drive but it doesn't need a computer! Instead, you can plug in digital camera memory chips, plug in camcorders (DVD, DVR, tape, hard drive etc) and burn images and photos to a DVD without a computer!

The way I see it, we'll need some way of storing those photos so that means bringing a laptop to offload the pics from the camera chip or this new toy :rolleyes1 Though the laptop would be nice to have 'cause we could make multiple copies of the DVD for anyone who wanted one...

You can get memory cards very inexpensively with all of the sales & rebates. I will post whatever I see. :) What kind of cards do you use? I think that we have around 6 GBs of cards.

Okay...time to share our little DIS personality quirks.....

For some reason, every time I read a post with the little winking smilie ;) I hear a little high pitched ding go off in my head.....

Anybody remember the O'Cedar commercial?????
I can't seem to get it out of my head but like this:

O'Blender makes your life easier....
O"Blender makes your life easier......

Oh good............you have a DIS personality quirk too!! I'm not the only one!

Ya kno...

... you've struck a chord on something I've begun to notice and mused about. I sense that some kids must have a sort of "catty" environment at home because I tend to drop off my older child right at lunch time - so I stay a few minutes to help her get set and I sort of watch. SOme of the kids have a very catty and critical attitude... or a negative one. WHile a lot of the girls are nice or in some cases observant and ... for lack of other terms... clueless as to what is afoot. My daughter wavers from being clueless to being nice. I have yet to catch her being predatory. Plus I sense that she gets along well with ALL her peers (even the catty ones) and she gets along even better with the older kids. Some of the girls in her peer group were remarking that Julianna was "popular" as if that even mattered... shoot ... my daughter does not know the meaning of the term. She just gets along well.

As such... I am all ears... I guarantee it. And I am looking to raise well adjusted, capable and cordial daughters. I am not ready to tolerate catty nuclear exchanges in school. Life is too short for such trivial nonsense... if possible. <chuckles>

This was terrible in DD's preschool. :sad2: DS's class was great! The mothers all got together & the kids had playdates. 8 of the 14 went to our school for Kinderdergarten & they are all still close. DD's class was one year behind them & was filled with kids from one of the snobby neighborhoods in town. The girls were cruel to each other & DD cried almost every day when I picked her up about what someone had said. At 4 yo I had to explain to her that not everyone is going to be nice and if they don't want to be her friend then THEY are the one who will be missing out. :( It was hard to see her feelings get hurt but thankfully 12 of the 14 kids went to a different school...one that I would never send my kids to because of the attitude there.

I am looking into getting some crocs for our trip to WDW this summer. The problem is there are only a few vendors (no stores) that carry them around here. I usually wear a 13-14 shoe, so they ususally do not carry that size, so I will have to order a pair. Just wondering if the sizes run small, large or regular in comparison with your regular shoe size?

Does the loss of our web site have anything to do with the spam that some folks recieved? I never got any spam unless it got caught by my Spam catcher on my computer. I miss it and do hope that a way can be found to get it up once again. It was a good way for me to see what was going on. Hard to stay caught up when yopu only have about 30min to stay up with 4 threads. I do my best. Lois

Yes, it does . . . I was one who did get the spam. I know what you mean -- I can't keep up either!

That is such a shame at that age......We have some suburbs around here that have a reputation like that...:sad2:

Roger--
Do you guys have a Bass Pro Shop? They had a whole bass boat full when we were in there the other day.......

Personally I think it is better to go up because they have ranges...
for example I wear a 7
They come in 6-7 or 8-9
the 6/7 was tight in the back
the 8/9 is loose but better loose than tight......

I really don't understand why people are having trouble keeping up. Just refresh the page every half-hour 24/7 and you'll only be a 100 or so posts behind. :rotfl:
