Dinner time, see y'all later

I've got to look for my DCL confirmation too...........oh that's right, it hasn't arrived yet.......silly me!!! :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I meant that the Wenches got the last pirate: without even trying.

But if you look at the pattern, we should get this and the next two.

17K Wench
18K Swabbie
19K Swabbie
20K Wench
21K Swabbie
22K Swabbie
23K Wench

Quite the competion........... Pirates and Wench's always win...........

Makes that a Win Win in my book.

Sorry, don't watch GH.

DW watches I think Guiding Light and Y&R (to keep up on it to discuss with my 98 y.o. grandmother).

I haven't seen a soap in a long time. Is Marlena still possessed? :confused3 :rotfl2:

So what's everyone doing for the 3-day weekend?

DD and I will be getting out of the house so DH can study for his test.

Sat-Ballet, Mall
Sun-groceries
Mon-San Diego Zoo w/DD's "best boy friend" and his mom (they're pirates, too!)

Sat -- digging out from the s***, gymnastics, groceries, V-day dinner with SWMBO
Sun -- Chicago Auto Show

What 3-day weekend. DS has school on Monday. Not sure if the Public schools are even closed around here.

Although, he is off on 3/1, 3/2 and 3/5.

Umm. Let me see. Work, work and work. Sorry this swabbie will be working the next 3 days. Thats why I have a glass in one hand and a sword in the other today. Let me re phrase that. my key board in the other? You know what I mean.:)

Yeah...

I've been calling around since the same is true here... no school tomorrow for both kids. And so far... I was thinking of going to Disneyland with the kids tomorrow.... it will be somewhat tough without my spouse - but I'll limit it to half a day... probably.

If I can handle my two for 12 hours in DC on my own, you should be able to tackle two in a stroller in DL. ;)

No President's Day holiday? I only have Monday off, DD's school is closed Mon-Wed. When I was in school, we got the whole week off. They called it "Ski Week." Now it's "President's Holiday."

What holiday is this one?

No holiday. DS goes to a private school and their teachers have some kind of conference/convention going on. The 5th is just thrown in for a long weekend. Going to one of the indoor waterparks in Wisconsin Dells. :thumbsup2

When my kids were younger in 2003, I went to WDW for 10 days, by myself as my wife wasnt able to come, and pushed both of them around in a stroller all the time, thats the only time I lost weight at WDW.

Its a hard job, and only lost them once at the Contemporary resort,

Nothing. No MLK either.

He does get out on 5/31 though. The public school district we live in goes to about 6/13 or so. He did have 3 days prior to Labor Day though. The Public Schools up here can't start before Labor Day (need the kids for the tourist industry).
