Well, Angelina will be happy, she will get an extra two hours of sleep again this morning due to schools here opening two hours late. I'm still deciding if I want to take another vacation day today, it's still rather icy out there, and I'm not so sure about walking on non shoveled sidewalks and steps. At least I have a little more time to think about it, before I would have to call in.

Monday morning he got on a ship bound for Russia for 3 months. We were engaged for 6 months & only spent 15 days together.

Ok....gotta ask.... How do you pitch the idea to your DH of getting back on a ship for a 15 day cruise when he already spends all that time at sea?

The fire is a concern and yes the worry is the end of fireworks at sea unlss they can quickly work out what went wrong. Sure the coastguard etc will take an interest.

I'm sure sk8ingdad can help us out here.

Andy - glad power is back. Are you able to work today?

To anyone who was flying I hope you finally reached your destinations yesterday or at least will get there today.

My father is returning from Tampa, FL today to Syracuse,NY (where there is at least 14' of snow. I think when the plane lands and he sees the snow he will ask to stay on the plane and return to Fl. I wouldn't blame him.)

To everyone who had lost power, heat I hope it all came backm on for you.

Lisa - you are doing a great job! I wish I could be that talented to be a multitasker. It just isn't meant to be. I think it was you who was talking about scrapebooking. When we went on our 1st Disney cruise in 04 I was determined to do a scrapebook. I bought everthing I needed to do this. it never came to be. When we went on our 06 cruise I was adamate to do a scrapbook. Still did not happen. I bought storgage boxes for all my trips and each trip has it's own box waiting to be put together.

I am originally from NY so I know how cold it cold get.. We feel for all of you.. Been here in central florida going on 13 years..

When we first moved here we kept telling everyone this is not cold ..they had gloves etc.. but looks like our blood thins out and yes you can feel it ..
