Hi everyone! Just sort of caught up - I was over 600 pages behind, so I read the summary, then every 5th page and then the last 10

It seems like each evening, I spend ages getting caught up and then I don't have much time to post before I collapse from exhaustion!

Anyone interested in a mini-meet in the Chicago area? I'm in the far West suburbs, but if there are several of us we could try and find somewhere sort of central to meet.

Socks - DS7 leaves socks everywhere! I guess this isn't something he is going to outgrow???? Oh well, DH & I are getting used scooping up socks whereever we find them... I was thinking of maybe having "Collect all the socks" as one of the tasks on his chore sheet.

Congrats to all the Pirates and mini-Pirates! I never seem to be reading/posting "live" during these events - I'm usually reading about them well after they happen.

This might be a totally unheard of concept, but the Swabbies can also purchase jewelry. My DH bought a beautiful diamond wedding band on our last trip. I just got a pretty necklace. We even managed not to purchase any more watches . . . Okay, well the DSs both purchased one with $$ from their great Grandma . .

So swabbies . . start talking (or negotiating) with your wenches

Me too - I like getting the mini's but lost count - 12 or 13 I think, but I would really like to get the BIG one!
