Hello all!
I have read (okay skimmed) every page of this thread (through page 910).
I am honored to be in the company of so many illustrious DISers.
We are booked and I was just able to change to Captain's (aka Early) Dining.
Three families.
Me, DH, DS14, DS10; Sister, DH, DD14, DS8; Sister's MIL, FIL.
Our kids will miss zero days of school!
We are from the Seattle area.
We have two GTY 6 cabins and a GTY 11.
We were on the first Eastbound Repo on the Magic in August, 2005.
We were part of the Cruisin' Castaways in August 2006,
We are skipping 2007 for two weeks in Hawaii.
We are shy.
We don't post much.
We lurk a lot.
Here are two hints in case you've seen us on either of our two previous Disney cruises:

HEY ANNA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Are you on this cruise? That is awesome!!! Of course the tie-dye gave it away and your LETTERS too!!! We love your letters and being able to come to your door to get letter refills!!! Very excited to be cruising with you again!

Yes, we are on this cruise and excited to see everyone too! Who knows what life will bring in the next 18 months? I hope to do the nautical letters again, but I won't commit to anything until we get ALOT closer to the cruise date.

Here are my answers to the questions posed previously:

1) Favorite Color?

Purple. Is there any other color?​

2) Favorite food item on a cruise?

Healthy: the yogurt with fresh rasberries and blueberries for breakfast. Not so healthy: Chocolate Souffle with vanilla sauce from Palo.​

3) Favorite moment on a cruise?

Watching the lightning from our balcony with my DS9.​

4) Your musical inclinations (catagory and or artist):

Folk Rock, Broadway musicals​

5) Dream Job (has to be something Disney):

Captain of the Magic​

6) If you could have anything for your new "wheels" ... what would it be?

A mini-van that has 8 seats and can haul more than one sheet of plywood and cost less than $30K.​

7) You're the Captain now... and what ONE port would you want to visit with the Magic ...any port in the world, where would you take the Magic?

Seattle, so I could show the Magic to all my friends and cruise by my house.​

Vacation plans between now and August, 2008:

1) NYC to see 3 Broadway Plays over President's Weekend
2) Maui for Spring Break
3) Big Island, Hawaii for two weeks in June with all our Indiana relatives
4) Big Island, Hawaii for two weeks at Christmas
<big gap here because of a big project at work, hope it isn't delayed!!!>

Hey!!!! We are from Kingston, WA!! You are from Kingston, NY!! I guess we have DISers from all corners of the country including Alaska on this cruise!!! I think we have the UK and New Zealand too. It would be fun to see how many states and countries we had covered.

I'm planning to to use Jetblue to fly into Long Beach since they have cheap, nonstop flights out of JFK.

At this point I plan on using JetBlue out of Boston too .

I cannot believe I am posting on this web site and we are actually going! I have been on the Dis boards for 4 years - even tho only a few posts.

Before I introduce our pirates, I need to ask - why can't I cut and paste the repo banners from the front page?

Anyway - I am Kathleen - 45 (YIKES), DH -is MArk - 44, DS is William - will be 12 - DD is Claire - will be 9!! I am a SAHM...And yes - its cold where we live. I can't catch up on a 900 pages, but I am looking forward to meeting all of you...

Oh - even tho I live in MN now - both DH and I are from LA - we can answer LOTS of ?s...
