Lisa, I'm getting nervous again. On past Disney cruises we were able to squeeze into the early seating, but I don't feel confident with this cruise. It has taken on a life of it's own. We have small kids.

Well, when you think about it, the first couple days are going to be different if you haven't spent a few days on the WC adapting to the time change. For us on the EC an 8 pm dinner will actually be at 11 pm. Even the 6 pm dinner will be at 9 pm.

Thanks, most days I love him to pieces ;) My youngest was still at home the morning of the 31st when I was on the computer booking our cruise. When I got home from work that night I fibbed and told him the cruise was too expensive we weren't going to be able to go this time, that the only way we could possibly come up with the money would be to sell him ... at that point without missing a beat, he told me to sell his brother :lmao:

:lmao: :lmao: That sounds like something my DS would say about DD. OY!

Offensive? No not at all! Of course, that definition of "booty" wasn't my first thought ;) :rolleyes1

Let me just say that within the DIS family I would at least hope that some of us without small children would consider switching with a fellow Disser that did have small children (and needing main dining).

Of course we're on 2nd dining already waitlisted for main ... but if we get main and someone with wee ones has late, I'm sure DH won't be a total ogre (ok maybe he will, but he I'm the boss :lmao: ) and we'd work something out.

I just have to say that after reading this , you have to be one of the kindest people on this board ...This is just so great you would do that ...Thank you ...that did put a smile on my face for today ...

Its Panama both sides all the way, but port you will face towards the dirction of North America and Mexico, S/board towards Columbia and the south americain continent you cross the contententail divide.

I can't figure out this dining assignment thing. I didn't get thru to a Disney CM until close to 10am, and I was told I got the LAST early dining assignment for our family of 4. My parents are on the waitlist for early dining, and I was told it shoudn't be a problem since our ressies are linked. Now, I read on this thread that people that got thru WAY before I did were not able to get early dining. That doesn't make sense to me. But what in this whole ressie process MADE SENSE?

OMG:scared1: almost an hour and not 1 post ...lol where did everyone go ???

I am not sure I can keep up with you guys, but I wanted to stop in and say hello. We will be on this cruise. Just the old folks. No children or grandchildren this time. Although that may change, depending on the wind.

faireygodmother,

Hello from another NY (Rochester) transplant to VA (Newport News).:cool1:

Had to be home by 12noon to walk a dog that I just started to dog sit.. very fussy dog and she went to bite me when I took her leash off.. I guess I didnt give her enough treats..lol I have to go back again tonight so I hope she is a bit happier :dog:
