Only took me about 90 minutes to get online here this morning, now to go back and see what I missed overnight.

OMG...I just got disconnected also! It must just shut off after 5 hours!

By now you would have received a call from IC, Linda to be exact............

She has apologized and will get back to you as to what DCL is willing to do for all of us that got stuck in Call Waiting Limbo!

All I know is I am very dissappointed with DCL and after the Med Cruise this Summer, may be the last time I set foot on either Ship! Why they waited that long to disconnect us after they full well knew we weren't going to be talking to anybody, is beyond me!

And then trying to tell me that they did not anticipate the call volume that they received! OH PLEASE! We know they read the boards! Yes, I am bitter! I am lucky that I did go into work or else I would also be facing a day without pay! Now that would have added insult to injury!

I am waiting to here back from DCL to see what they are going to do "after they investigate timelines, etc.!

To say the least, yes I am bitter! I may now not be able to sail with friends, Old and new! Let's see if DCL does have a "Family Feel and a Heart!"

I am not being shown the Disney Love!

I read this and thought you said you were PACKED. I was going to be extremely impressed that you were packed for the cruise ALREADY. Then I read it again . . .

We will be joining as well. Booked online this morning without too much stress. Wow I feel even luckier after having read back about 30 pages worth of posts. It will be me 33 and the boyfriend 37.
Have a question though. Was going to email to transfer res. to DU but just looked on their website and it looks like the OBC is good till end of Feb. But read on here needed to email today. Can someone please explain to the former blonde. Thanks, looking forward to chatting and meeting everyone.

I paid the deposit so we are definitely on this cruise . . . we got the cat 6 we wanted, although no room assignment. So it will be me and my daughters (16, 13, and 11 by the time of the cruise!).

Celestine,I think we will have a new site once everything has calmed down. I can't believe there was only 1 page to catch up with. Everyone must still be asleep or comatose from yesterdays ordeal!

Well my ta of course keeps thinking I am an Eileen and of course on the DCL site I am. So I need to correct that and get on the list for early seating if any open up! Everyone have a great day. Yes! Girls can play rugby. Unless they don't know how. We'll have a couple of practices on the sports deck during the cruise. All are welcomed. We need to choose some names for out teams. How about the "Tiger Lilies"?

Boy, I am so sorry some folks had the trouble they had booking. I am ashamed that the raised the price as much as they did. I know that will keep some folks from going. They had to know that there was going to be a major number of people calling on 1/31. I don't know why they didn't start the day day fully staffed. Someone wasn't thinking. I hope that all who didn't get on can be put on a wait list and get staterooms when those folks who cancle do so. I hope that Disney has some good business sense and takes care of their fans. Here's to hoping. Lois

OK, just got off the phone with my mom, she said by "HOOK or CROOK" she wants to remain a "WENCH" for this here cruise, even if she has to eat PB & J sandwiches for the next 18 months. I think she will make a mighty good wench!!!

Now you know I wouldn't let her do that!!!

We're expecting more snow this afternoon, so I better get my tail back to work and get them meters read.

I got my official confirmation from DU overnight. I went in to check our ressie and it lists the Wonder as the ship ! I tried to check it on the DCL website but no matter which dob I put in it didn't work, so I called right at 8:00 and found out we were all born on Jan 1 - very nice CM fixed it all for me. So I guess we are officially offical with our GTY 6 - hoping for deck 5 (really liked 5122 on the Wonder in Dec.).

I called in sick today - feel worse than I did yesterday. I'll be checking in from time to time (gotta keep that post count up!)
