Elvis?

That is what 9ds prefers to be called. He asked me a few years ago if he could dye his hair black (he's blond).....I told him *no*.

Last summer we took him to Graceland as a belated b-day present.

A couple of years ago the mom of a little girl in his Musical Theater class came up to me and said *My dd says your son's name is Elvis and I told her that you didn't seem like the type of person to name a child Elvis.* What type would that be???

OK, If my hair is permenantly messed up, I blame yal. I put color on and starting DISing and now I can't remember how long it has been on. Hmmmm....
If I was crash I would post a picture of someone w/ hair straight up and fried. But since I am Coral, you're going to have to use your imagination.

I have pages to ketchup on but I am going to get some sunshine first.

Yesterday ( I never watch where I am walking) I fell down on cement in front of the grocery store. I saw some flowers reduced and all I could think of is what a deal. I tripped over the curb to get at the flowers. My DH said it was like a fell in slow motion!!! I felt the fall coming but I could not stop it. I have some brusied toes,(from my sandals) a bruised knee, one hurt wrist from try to catch myself and the other arm is missing some skin on the elbow too!!! For some one being a little older, I bounced extremely well!! My new name should be rubber ball, I just keep bouncing!!!

Off to look at my flowers and the the sun today!! It is 95 out and we have no central air anyway. So if I can't beat it, I may as well go out into it.

Cheryl I hope your OK. I fell at Pop Century last October. I always feel so stupid! IKWYM about falling in slow motion, it's weird. I always seem to fall on my knees, so a knee(s) replacement is probably in my future!

OK Todd, my favorite scene from AWE is when Lord Beckett is getting blasted by the Black Pearl and the Flying DutchMan. Just the look on his face is amazing. I was really mesmerized by it. Especially when all the bits of the ship where whirling around him and the slo-mo.

Also the last scene after the credits when Will comes back, he looked so hot in his bandana. I never thought of him as hot until that scene!

Of course I did enjoy all the scenes of Capt Jack! Where he was ordering himself around was a hoot!

Up in the 90's with high humidity. I've got my two window air conditioners whirling. So I get it nice in my small house. Everyone stay cool! We are off to Staples for one cent school supplies. They can't even wait till after my bd July 20th to put on the stuff! LOL!
