The Magic is late in leaving this evening, she was still in port at 5:15, just checked at 5:25 and she is still in port. The pic was captured at 5:15 from the Radisson cam.

At 4am this morning we recieved a call from the hospital informing us that my Father had died.

He would have been 87 on the 16th of this month. We're just thankful it wasn't a long drawn out ordeal for him.

We've been home for 2 hours which is just enough time to thaw out!
A partly cloudy 50-ish degree baseball day in Alaska. The weather wasn't too bad, but 6 hours outside was enough.

DS8's team lost 9-14. He struck out and walked 2x.
DS6 had a great game. He hit a legitimate stand-up double, but with the fielding skills at this age ended up with a home run! He also hit a triple & was awarded the first game ball! Not sure the score, but I think it was something like 27-19.

Anyone seen Spiderman 3? Do you have a kid recommendation? Just as a point of reference, they've seen Spiderman 1 & 2, but we decided that Batman Returns was too dark for them. I know this Spidey is supposed to be darker than the previous 2. I can't pre-screen it because I'm playing single mom for the next few weeks.

Now I'm watching Stanley Cup playoffs. Go Devils!

I have been jotting down in my book when ever some one says they are coming down to WDW. From what I see, we have the potential for a lot of mini meets.
2 in June, 6-12 (brack,Geffric,Lisa?and late 21-30 Tom31b,Roger, 1 so far in late Aug 19-28Esteri,Peter, Sept large early group 1-10 Cheryl,Daipp,Steph5,Grandmother 4ever and 3rd week 20-26 Maine Jennifer,Goofyfor life Dindelspa. So I anyone wants to update the list, you can pm me as it may get confusing on the board. I will update when I get any more to add. OCD? maybe

We will be at WDW in June also! DH flies down on the 3rd (He "Has" to go to the TechEd conference) and DS8 & I are joining him on the 5th. DS's last day of school is the 4th. DS & I are staying until the 16th. DH still doesn't know if he can stay longer or not - he currently is holding 2 plane tickets, one for the 10th and one for the 16th! I don't think I have ever had this long a trip to WDW - DS and I are really looking forward to it. I am Soooo glad we bought AP's in January!

So does anyone know what they do about the sail away party? Do they have it at the normal time even though the ship isn't leaving, or do they wait until they actually sail away - whatever time that may be?

That would be a bummer to miss it if you have main dining.

I just returned from the last of my errands. I drove over the Golden Gate Bridge - athough I was born & raised in San Francisco - I never tire of the breathtaking beauty!!
