I really enjoyed the pictures!!!!! I am so glad to see you have black and white photos too!!! My children were born into the life of color photos and color television. My children think I was around before cars too!!!

This is a true story......when my DS was in the 2nd grade and learning about the Presidents we were talking about Abe Lincoln and the Civil War. My darling, adorable, cute as a button son turns around and asks me if Abraham Lincoln was nice when I met him I gently explained that Abe Lincoln lived long before I was born. To add insult to injury DS then added "But you did live in the world when it was gray" I asked him to explain and he said I lived before there was any color in the world like on those really old shows I watched. Yes, John, Mom lived during the time that TV was BLACK & WHITE He thought there was no color in the world Period! Kids are CRAZY

But I never have met Abraham Lincoln ............REALLY!!!!

My DS has the Flu and it's been a battle for him. I'd like to say he is better today because after four days he finally has no fever and hasn't thrown up today, but really he isn't moving much at all. It's such a concern when they're sick, no matter their age! Thanks for asking Andrew

She's sittin' on my lap now drinking from a Jama juice cup seemingly half her size ... and in a moment she'll be getting a bit of chicken noodle soup. Her spirits are tolerable now - but last nite it was actually pretty "extreme". Easily qualifying as a tough nite for my spouse and I.

Mark where do you go last night??? Laura stuck around, but you vaporized! Now don't even tell me you can't chat until 2 AM!!! I went to bed at around 2:30 and the alarm went off at 6 AM! I am a hurting pup today All I kept thinking at the college presentation was Blah, Blah, Blah........just like the Stinky Teens

Hello Everyone and Happy Saturday!!!!!


Got up the crack of dawn after a late night in chat (again) and visited Rowan University. It's an awesome place. Alas, Rutgers is our DD choice and that is where she will go.

I am going to go ketchup a little..


Boy am I TIRED!!!!!!!!!!

My best friend growing up works at Rutgers. Used to be in housing and I think she still is but with the foreign students. She loves the school. Her nephew who she has been raising since the mom passed away will be going there as well (free tuition) and her son works there also.

The little one was sick with a fever and fright from Narnia last nite... plus my regular computer was junked and is being wiped and rebuilt now... so I have to wait to use my spouses' notebook - and I got a Wifi antenna for the new desktop - but this new VISTA operating system seems to have a different lacement and routine for activiting the antenna. I need to get to the encryption page - plus there may be a switch to turn the wifi on and off. So I have not hooked up the desktop to the web yet... and that's my excuse for missing chat and being largely off the DIS these past few days...

SO... I think I should get a waiver for the note...
