Good Night Andy!!!

Hi Pete, Lorri, Enna!!!

How are you feeling Liz??? I've been thinking about you this weekend and hope your better!

Hi, MR!

How was St. Patty's day?

I just came across this picture of our GREAT KIDS AKA Stinky Teens during our 8/06 cruise:

What a fun day.

My son and I got to attend the POT 3 preview. :dance3: The trailer is awesome. I can't wait until May.:hourglass

The theater here had a contest for best costume. A cute 6 year old from Staten Island won.

A man from Long Island came in 2nd place. He was pretty much a dead ringer for Jack Sparrow.

They played a few trivia games and had a raffle. Some of the prizes were pretty neat. An Ipod, a replica of Jack Sparrow's gun, figurines, tee shirts, Jack Sparrow doll, ticket to Madame Tussauds...

They gave everyone a Fan Kit which included a bandana, a PC game and a few other items.

Oh, they showed the trailer twice. It was a pretty long day, but we both enjoyed it.

Wow! That sounds like quite a big event.

The fan kit sounds really cool, too!

Hi, MR!

How was St. Patty's day?

Hey Enna we were mostly shut in during St. Paddy's but went for the postponed breakfast with my Mom today. How about you guys??? I was going to make a corned beef but last year I bought a good size corned beef and when I was done boilin' the darn thing it was about the size of a half-dollar :lmao:

What do you do for St. Paddy's breakfast? That sounds like I tradition I could adopt!

LOL Enna, we go to the diner.....some tradition huh? My Mom had to stop drinking alcohol a few years back because of her medicines, so we switched to a breakfast instead. Better for the liver in the long run too!

Oh! I love going to the diner for breakfast. Haven't done it in soooo long! Maybe next weekend I'll have to do that.

As long as there are potatos involved, I think it is a fabulous traditon.

First the Bad News: Grumpy's Train House has Closed it's doors.:faint: The lady that we were sub-letting from couldn't come with the rent and decided it would be best for all concerned,to shut the doors. No way could we have come up with the all of the rent money by ourselves. Since we hadn't signed anything yet, we just gave the business back to the man we got it from.

Now for the Good News: I ordered my New :moped: yesterday. It should be here within 2 weeks :yay:  :yay:

Sorry to hear about Grumpy's Train House!

At least your husband has his dream of his own train store for a little while.

Yeah, he was little hurt,at first. But very happy we hadn't jumped in any further and spent a lot of money, that we didn't have in the first place. Ya know what I mean? On a happier note tho, this will be the first time in over 15 years that he's had an entire weekend to do whatever, other than when we go on vacation.
