Can imagine how relieved your are Angelina got a job. We will make sure we stop to say hi. I can remember how uptight we use to get hoping the kids would get a job. Makes things at home so much better. Good news on Hazel. I have a torn Rotar Cuff, after three years of pain they finally approved an MRI, not looking forward to this. :scared:

Ok too dangerous looking for me..... Wondered where you were off too....

Someone in our town has a car(well SUV) like yours (same color) and everytime i see it i say "hey it's Todd" .....:rolleyes1

The people across the street have the bright dark blue one.

HAPPY FRIDAY EVERYONE!! YIPPEEE!!! IT'S FINALLY FRIDAY!!!

Trying to ketchup...and in the process noticed that swabbies got the last pirate: . Although, it does appear that the swabbies were the only crazies ON the DISboards at that unheard of time of night!! :lmao:

Congrats, swabbies!! :thumbsup2

A former boss has two kids. DD14 is in soccer, ballet and ice dnacing which led her to ice hockey. Much to the chagrin of the boys on her team (and more important, the opposing teams), she's very good. She's in them because she enjoys all the activities. Her DS12 is into soccer, football, baseball etc. She has him doing that stuff to keep him out of prison! :rotfl:

My sister's middle DD is 7, and she is VERY much a tomboy. In the hopes that she may be able to encourage some "girly" stuff, her grandmother paid for her to do figure skating...Turns out she's a GREAT skater, but her grandmother's "plan" kinda backfired. While waiting for her second figure skating session to start, she happened to notice the hockey practice that was going on...That was it for figure skating. She turned to her dad and said, "Now THAT's what I wanna do!!" :lmao:

So next thing we all know, she's playing hockey with the boys, and she's actually REALLY good! You GO girl!! :thumbsup2

Tell me about the positioning. I never subscribed to the thread because I would always find it in the top 3. Now were falling. May have to get a subscription so it is easier to find. :rotfl2:

All you have to do is save the last page that you have read to your favorites. I rename it 8/17/08 on mine. I just click on that & the thread opens to the last post that I read. :thumbsup2

ROFL! It sounds like you guys will have a pack roaming the ship in the early hours. Add DH to the list. :rotfl:

On previous cruises, I've had the BEST of intentions to get outa bed early and get some good pics, but I just CAN'T seem to do it...

I'm sure there will be at least ONE day on this cruise that I'll be able to get up early... (Famous last words...:lmao: )

You are SUCH a genius!!!
I couldn't figure out a good way to do it...
Although it may not work AS well for me because I use my PC here at work and my laptop at home. But it's better than searching EVERY single time...

John, so sorry to hear this, at least now you know what the problem is ans can have it taken care of. Hazel just left to see her orthopedic doc. Hazel went for her annual check up from the hop replacement surgery she had 4 years ago. With all the sleet coming down, I was hoping she would resechedule her appointment, but she wanted to get this doc visit over with.

I'm telling......you guys broke the DIS

Andy, are you feeling any better than this morning?

OK, time for lunch! Only 73 pages to go.

here but it was in the 80s the past 2 days so we can't really complain.

DS is 48" right now and I did look at the height requirements and he looks fine.

As for the early close, I see they close at 5 when we're out there. That's actually good because the Cal Adv Halloween starts at 7:30 on Fridays. We'd be able to hit both that day.

Would you stay away from Lego on Saturday or go because it is B-o-T?

Have they released the dates yet for Mickey's Halloween Treat? I haven't seen anything.

Hi Chris,

I did get to sleep again for a little bit as well!!! :)

Thanks for asking!!!

The best one is Zumanity .....at the New York New York , but you have to have an open mind

pirate:

thank you, I was trying to remember the name of that one

definitely on my list for the next time I'm in Vegas. Last trip my friends didn't want to pay that much for a show....I really want to see it, I'll go by myself if I have to

Do most folks use the Lab / club for the kids? Wondering what folks' experience has been with these....

Should I follow the Passporters suggestions to sign up on day 1?

What have the veterans on board done w/ regard to the Children activities?
I highly recommend signing up for the club/lab as soon as you can. One less thing to worry about!!!

Welcome Back Lisa

Also wanted to thank everyone for the great comments on the Video ....Trust me that is only a very small portion of what we filmed while he was here ....I think we filled 3 full DVD's of stuff Plus alot of still pictures ....the still pictures of what we did to some of the wax figures are hilarious ....I would post some right now but I have to wait till Toby gives me the green light cause I know he is using some of them for part of another Video ....Anyway again , I am glad you liked ...

Looooooooved the video! Thanks for sharing!:thumbsup2

Suggestion ...... look at the Honda Odyssey. It is a better related vehicle by Consumer Report (and others) and it is about the same price.

My DW drives a Grand Caravan now but are switching to the Honda soon.
:thumbsup2
I HIGHLY recommend the Odyssey. I have one and I looooove it! Handles the mountains and s**w like a dream!!!:thumbsup2

I may get a drive-by in sometime since I convinced DH that I have to check the e-mail account on my resume a few times during our trip.

Otherwise, this is me signing off for 9 days.

Thus begins my slide out of the top 20. Don't talk too much while I'm gone.

And remember: Carpe Laganum
Have a wonderful trip!!!

Hellooooooo Everyone!! We're home and everything went well!!! TG. We were there about 4 1/2 hrs. and DH has nine stitches in this temple, but he did not sustain any nerve or muscle damage and can still move his forehead. You know there was someone else there getting a lesion removed from their left temple too.....John asked Dr. about it and the Dr. said the left temple is the driving temple....A good thing for all of us to know. It's a good idea to use either 1) sunscreen daily, 2) moisturizer with sunscreen daily, or 3) makeup with sunscreen daily. After all is said and done, imagine that this epidsode of skin cancer was probably not from a sunburn at the beach, but rather daily driving in the car.....pretty scary huh???

Well I gonna ketchup a while....but thanks again for all your thoughts and prayer for John, he wanted me to tell you all how much he appreciated it (me too)

So glad everything went well! :cool1: Excellent point about driving and sunscreen. If you think about it, most of us who drive a lot always tend to have a darker tan on the left arm then right!:rotfl:

If you do go , make sure you go early ...the pre show is almost as good as the actual show ...

I probably shoudn't admit this...but I'm deck 7 aft...Yes, I'll just be a stumble and a half from the 7 aft parties...No crashers in my room though...unless you're sleeping on the floor...:lmao:
