Your problem appears to be the reverse. I would say to try and 'warm" the camera up before going out. Maybe wrap it in a blanket or keep it stored in a warmer area.

I was going to suggest keeping a towel in the camera bag.

For those not familiar with WW, your points are based on you current weight. Under 140 (I think) you get 20 points a day + another 35 to spread throughout the week + you can earn points with exercise. I'm not sure what the points are for more weight but I think it only goes up in 2 pt. increments, which isn't much since it only equals about 100 calories.

So that 1 inch piece of rum is about 1/4 of the basic allowance for the day.

You should figure out how much each disc is going to cost you, then how many you will likely use over 15 days...don't forget the time before the cruise in CA. If that total exceeds the cost of a laptop....you would actually save money by buying a laptop.

I have a laptop, I just refuse to take it on vacation!
I think my break even calculation is memory cards vs. Shutters charge for burning CDs.

When we get closer, I'll ask one of the math geeks to count squares and figure it out for me!

Also, I like the group snapfish account idea. I did the research when I got my DSLR a few months ago & found that many think the prints are better from photobucket. I have a photobucket pro account. 5 GB storage, photos up to 2 MB, unmetered bandwith & 10% print discount. All for $25 a year. I'd be willing spring for the $25, of maybe a few of us photoheads could each kick in a few bucks to get the bigger account if people seem interested.

Suggestion ...... look at the Honda Odyssey. It is a better related vehicle by Consumer Report (and others) and it is about the same price.

My DW drives a Grand Caravan now but are switching to the Honda soon.

I have a Odyssey and Love it - I plan to get a newer model next year - mine's 2004. I have the overhead dvd player as I have grandkids with me alot. And the far back seat folds down - that's were the dogs ride!

We hit 79* yesterday, still mild at the moment, house windows are open, but the colder weather is expected to be here later today. Then the rain starts and ending as a possbile severe sleet storm by Friday afternoon. Oh, I love this time of year, NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

One of our local weathermen said this sleet could be worse then the Valentine's Day strom, oh my....................

Hi All,
It's 9:15 a.m. in Redondo Beach. Back from dropping my Odyssey off for a tune-up. I don't think ketchup is possible at this point - so I'll jsut go forward.
Tomorrow DGS has no school so we're going to DL - we have AP's. I think we're going again on Sun. with friends. The AP's were a Xmas gift to DD from her boss - very generous boss!!!
Gotta run - so much piled up while I was recuperating from the surgery.

Actually the box is 4x4 and the cake is bundt like. 1 portion wasn't that small. I kept taking slices for a few days. You know what they say, if you stretch it out the calories don't count

but the thing is, I can't stretch it out.....I like ....can't stop with just a small piece.
