I just wish it would let you check everything you want and book it all at once. all this pick one and book it, pick another and book it- that's part of why the website is running so slow!

and I wish they showed the times on the excursion page- instead of having to click it and wait forever just to see the time won't work for your plans.
that's why I haven't booked anything yet- I'm still trying to find times for things to see what we can work around one another.

I don't understand why it is saying "Sorry, access to My Cruise Plans is not currently open for this reservation. Access opens 75 days prior to embarkation, 90 days prior for Castaway Club members, and 105 days prior for Concierge Guests. Also, note that access to My Cruise Plans closes 3 days before your cruise departure date." I am paid in full and I am a Castaway Club member. Is anyone else having this problem? UGHHHHHH!

can't get back in.... rec'd error... was thrown out and now it tells me i'm still in and i can't do anything...this is ridiculous...
what happened to do your reservations online...its easy????

Log out and try to log back in. It's still not registering anything yet for some people.

DCL's servers are really struggling . .. The graphics aren't even coming up now when I get that error that someone else is working on my reservations . ..
