DH says it didn't help matters when one time he was flying out of Mexico to come home and he piad in cash to upgrade to First Class (he had become very sick - even went to a Dr in Mexico! - and wanted more room)....

I swear on all that is holy . . . if people get up in the theatre during Mass and begin doing the Time Warp, I'll just . . . I'll just . . . I'll just have to join in!

... she's driving101 up in Pismo Beach and a TRUCK just had its' tire fall off and go rolling down the highway in line with traffic. It just fell off!

Ooohh Well then I'll probably miss this run as well since we're driving tonight... And then we're going to attempt to get to bed EARLY since we have to leave for the airport by about 5:30... DH is NOT a morning person at all... He goes into work at 10ish. I am typically up by 7, but leaving at 5:30 is going to be EARLY!!

We'll be at the Mariott by about 8:30, I think.

Thanks Melodie! We have all been talking about rerouting the Magic around South America so we can extend our trip but they probably won't go for it.

I had that happen to me on Hwy99 in Bakersfield. A work truck in front of me lost its driver rear - scary.

I posted this on the main cruise board but figured y'all might know better. When do the first DCL buses start leaving from LAX to go to the port? Since we're coming in a day early, we can get a nice, early start. DCL said 10:30 but that sounds a little late to me...maybe just wishful thinking tho'. For me, the vacation starts the minute I set foot in the terminal. I don't mind the wait...it's just another bout of pleasant anticipation as I make a mental bet with myself on how many shrimp Tony will consume at the embark buffet.
