We are in the final stretch here. Just last minute things to take care of. As if I didn't have enough to do, my ds spilled milk on the family room carpet so I had to shampoo it or else we may have come home to the smell of sour milk. YUCK!

Cab will come pick us up at 5pm to go to the airport, and we should arrive at Hojo by 11pm (hopefully!).

Thank you ALL so much for making this LONG wait so much more enjoyable! I am so excited to meet people in person.

I was wondering that myself! I thought it was dry on the west coast? Maybe mother nature wanted us easterners to feel at home!

Called and got our Goofy's ressie moved up to 8:20. I didn't realize I'd be up at 4:30 in the morning!

To all of you who have to work today, I empathize. I was bouncing off the walls on Wednesday. A couple of my co-workers told me to leave already!

San Pedro 67.4°F/19.7°C Scattered Clouds going up to 79F/26C

Anaheim 68.6°F/20.3°C Haze going up to 81F/27C.

I want to know if all of our new arrivals brought us this humidity? It actually rained here last night. I does not rain in So Cal during the summer, ever!

I'm finally here at DL!!!! Did a tour of Hollywood yesterday. DL last night... now DL today & tomorrow!!!! Desiree... thx for the tix.... everything went perfect!!!! Haven't run into anyone yet... still looking.... If anyone is at the parks... I'm there!

Ours here came with a peanutbutter flavored caramel for dunking the sticks in prior to the toffee pieces, otherwise the same The kids loved it. I loved it too

Maybe that's what it was! I had a hard time remembering since the closest PF Changs is 2 hours away so we don't go very often...

All I know is that it was HOT and HUMID yesterday. On the news in the evening, they were talking about the 71% humidity and 88 degree weather and I thought, "Heck, I didn't need to leave Chicago to find this!"

The weather person also said that things will "cool back down to normal" Sunday and Monday.

So, I guess we will get the more unseasonable hot/muggy weather for our stay here.

But, hey, here is still a good place. It's one day closer to the cruise!

By the way, anybody at the Grand Californian still looking for transportation to the port? I changed my res from a "shared van" to a private pickup. So, instead of sending a seven person "shared van", they have booked me for a 9 person private van. Go figure. I'd be more than happy to offer a ride to someone who needs it. Price is right . . . already paid for. Pick up will be between 10 and 10:15 a.m. Sunday morning.

Thanks. My boss came by earlier and told me if I wanted to leave early today I could, i.e., I look and sound like crap and she doesn't want to catch this before she goes on her vacation next week. But I think I will take her up on her offer.
