It's a shame y'all are in Early dining. We could have linked and then it could of been a contest between your 18month old and our 7dd for worst behavior during dinner....:rotfl2: Calire gets VERY angry when we won't let her leave the table to go to the club or just when she has decided that she is finished so, we should all leave.

Imagine!!! Having the parents decide what the kids are going to do! :scared1: My kids just know to settle in and stay the duration. :lmao:

Docs Are Here!!!
:dance3:    :dance3:

Yes, it took that long...had to make a brief stop at the TA- so that they could put them in their own envelope before mailing. :rotfl2:
Funny thing is, the whole family looked at the mail when it arrived today, and no one noticed them...so I got to open them in peace and quiet. Perhaps I should go share the news with them. :yay: :yay: :yay:

Just out of curiosity...is your TA -AAA on Whittier Blvd? My TA is there and she said another TA in the office had someone going on the cruise also...since we found out this morning we were neighbors..I thought it might be you.

Share it with me and I will tell you!

Yes you can take on, Would have to go in your carry on, through the port X ray scanner.

Well I wanted to take it on the plane? I want to drink it on the 15th to toast our countdown 1 year to our wedding....so It would be gone on the 15th!

You like Moet?

Chrissie

No docs here....

And if they did arrive they would go to Brendan's house first....

:sad2:

as I'm going thru to do lists and compiling stickee notes and lists today...I realized I had gathered info months ago for transfers from Port Canaveral to WDW (port orleans french qrtr)....but never booked anything.

That could make for a long walk....

just in case I've missed an option since gathering this info...any new suggestions for a group of 10, so I can get on this ASAP?

We are taking DCL transfers to the resort as we decided for us it would be the easiest way to get there. DH is taking the Magical Express from the resort to the airport and I am renting a car at the Dolphin and driving home with my Mom and Sis and DD.

So I spent the day on and off the phone with doctors. Since my insurance recently changed I could no longer go to my regular doctor. I needed a referral with my new insurance and the old doc would not write me one since they do not handle that insurance. I called a new place and I had to go there before they would give me a referral.

My appointment at the ortho doc was postponed until tomorrow at 3:15pm. As I could not get into the doc for the referral until 4:15pm, so I could not go to my 3pm appointment today.

Doctors and insurance drives me nuts.

Well, that certainly is a stress you do not need, huh?

We got some good news today.... 10ds, Elvis, had an Eye Dr appt today..... He no longer needs his glasses!!! :dance3: :dance3: He has worn them since he was 5. He will need to use the drops in one eye (blurry for 2 hrs) every day until we leave on the cruise and then 2 twice a week until we get back and then a recheck on Sept 8th!

DS told me that he really wanted another pair of glasses.... I asked him if he had an extra $300 to buy them.....:lmao:

Wow! I have never heard of a child being told they no longer needing glasses. The only time we get rid of glasses is when Megan wears her contacts. Congratulations on one less thing to have to keep up with!!!!

in my last notes I had it down to DCL transfer vs FLtours transfer. It is much cheaper to do FL tours for 10 ppl, but I'm wondering if luggage will be more of a pain if we aren't doing DCL transfer?

Anybody else have thoughts on this before I decide?

Just got news that my cat is holding his own even though he has lost alot of weight (has kidney issues) We thought when we took him to the vet we would get bad news but his levels are all up from where they were..so that is great!

We have been told..but then again..it's anyones guess and since I have never done this...I can't confirm it. We were told if we did DCL that when they took our luggage the night before...it was supposed to be automatically moved to the bus.

Has anyone ever done this and can they tell me if this is what actually happens?

Nope, not us. Our docs made a side trip to NC. But they are here now. Even my 3 year old was dancing around...he doesn't really get it, but knows that everyone is getting excited.

My vision has been improving each year since I had Nick. I started out at 3.25 in each eye (far sighted) This year I am now .75 in each eye. If I did not have a slight astegmatism I could just buy drugstore glasses. I generally wear contacts. BUT I cannot wear the ones for astegmatism at all - cant see a thing with those...... :confused3

Brendan keeps asking me why I am so concerned about getting the docs..I said with each piece we get it becomes more and more REAL!!!

Hahah we're really interested in what Sydney is going to do in this situation... Have no idea!

Imagine!!! Having the parents decide what the kids are going to do! :scared1: My kids just know to settle in and stay the duration. :lmao:

:lmao: Tell me how to get that through to my 18mo old! :confused3

Chrissie

Pack it in your checked luggage and you'll be fine for the plane. Like you said though, use bubble wrap/ziplock bag or make sure it's buried nicely in between clothes.

Well supposedly my niece and nephew are supposed to "grow out of" needing their glasses... :confused3

Whenever she acts that way the other kids look at her in amazement....Oldest ds once asked her *Do you even know our mom?* :rotfl2: Yelling and screamiing at me has never given her her way but, she still tries! I don't think she will act this way at dinner on the cruise....maybe the 1st night since we have to get up at 2 or 3 am our time.......

Samantha, 17dd, outgrew the need for glasses a few years ago. She patched for 4 yrs or so. She had a *hole* in her vision -- whatever that meant! LOL! When ds was 5 he barely saw anything out of his left eye so this is a huge improvement!!!

Ask him does he really need to go here..or is this enough?
