We got our package today!
I checked out the front door and it wasn't there- and online the tracking still just showed the date it left and nothing else- but then DH came home and said it was attached to the mailbox with a rubber band. hehe Our package was small- just black shirt for DH and white dress/coverup for me....... so I guess that's why they attached it instead of putting by our front door.

We got it!

My IL's think we are really weird to like Disney..... A few months ago she told 10ds that she wanted to buy him the *stuff* to finish his bathroom (we hadn't bought a shower curtain or anything yet). When he told her he wanted it to be Disney she wouldn't buy him anything....

I still remember when we were first dating and I had mickey sweatshirts and a (tasteful! not gawdy!) mickey watch and sometimes wore disney scrunchies when I put my hair in ponytails- that he asked me when I was gonna stop wearing that stuff and grow up.... and I was like uh, never! (and I was right! LOL Although I did somehow stop wearing the watch. Where is that watch? hmmm)

Anyway, I'd love for my entire house to be all disney- but I figure I've done good to even get HIM to wear some disney shirts and just give up trying to get me to stop wearing it. The few Disney things we have (besides Rita's completely Disney Princess pink/white room) is the mickey smoothie maker and my eldest made me a wooden mickey head CD holder which is on top of my fridge (Stephanie- did you see it? LOL) but that's it. *sniff sniff* Maybe when I get old I'll be the old lady who's entire house is decorated with Mickey stuff. A girl can dream can't she? hehe

Atleast he takes me on Disney vacations and doesn't say a word about the KIDS rooms being decorated disney.... and hasn't said anything in years about what I wear..... I guess he's a keeper.

I'm sure it's been asked before, but does anyone know what rental car company has an office near the port where we can do a one-way drop off on Sunday? We were going to use a limo service, but for $300 one-way it's just not worth it!

Check out mousesavers as they have a list including codes to try. I've got ressies with Budget and Hertz at the moment and both have a shuttle from the port to the pickup location.

Someone will no doubt come along and give specifics but here is my understanding. The only one way that is open on Sunday morning is Enterprise which has a pretty hefty drop off rate. I say something on the pirate site about it. Might want to check there.

DS is 12 and loves scouting, his goal is eagle, and is very excited. He just got back from Camp Yawgoog and made 2nd class, with one more reuirement to move onto 1rst. Next week he's a den chief for the cub scout camp, earning more camp money. I was involved with Cubs, and in Scouts as a rep. but the things I fear is he getting off track, when the three WWW's kick in.
Wheels, Women, & Work. He has some great motivation for eagle, just gotta keep him on track. On many of my candidate interviews when a guys say's he is an eagle scout (usually towards the end they'll mention this) it certainly brings him up a notch or two over other candidates.

Good luck to you as well. Was that the camp in RI?? My son went there 2 years ago. He came home today and was so dirty.. and tall, and his voice changed and wow so grown up, even more than last week. He had his order of the arrow sessions up at camp and he is the only one fromhis troop to be in it. Its hard work but what a pay off..

While receiving fees are common for conferences (shipping to booths, hotel conference center, etc), It's not common to charge guests to receive packages to their rooms.

So, just to check - I called the GC operator and he confirmed that there is no charge to receive a package.

It is, of course, customary to tip the bell-hop who delivers it.

Thanks for making that call. I just didn't want anyone to get hit with a fee for them receiving boxes. It gets to be quite a lot for us when we have things delivered. I'm happy to hear that they don't charge every hotel guest! Talk about some unexpected expenses!

Yeah you so need to get to the doctors! Hope you are ok..andit can be resolved quickly!

Headaches are still there..not constant but still annoying..not as bad as were..I may need to go to the dr by mid week if they don't improve!


SO had my first dress nightmare! Had a dream that I went to pick up my dress and when I put it on it was the WRONG one ! It was BLACK and white almost like a color block AND with STRIPES!
I kept telling everyone that it was the wrong dress but I was being told it looks fine...it's a nice dress..just take this one!!

Oh man...It's going to be a long year!

Oh, that is just WRONG. I always thought it was a bit odd that the whole cell network in the US was NOT built using consistent standard, but hey, I'm the lady who gets made at the debit machine at the supermarket counter b/c everyone of them is Unique (how do I make this thiing do CREDIT and not just DEBIT . .yikes!!)

Well our Booty showed up today , and I do want to say they turned out great .....Melissa's are actually big but were going to do a hot wash and dry , I know it says otherwise on the tag but we will give it a go and if it dont work will have the printer do a couple more for her ..

Esteri , Thank you for all your efforts towards this , everything from finding a printer to do the shirts, hosting the Logo on your server (man thats a big File ) taking the orders and packing , again Thank you
