HELP! Just need to calm down.
How important is the cruise documentation that I've been waiting for? I hope not very because it sounds like I'm not going to get any!
DCL sent docs to TA by FEDEX to the CLOSED STORE! FEDEX which has instructions to forward packages to one of the other stores sent docs back to DCL instead. DCL has since "lost"/"destroyed" the returned docs so can't send them to my TA or my home.
DCL says that since I've already checked in on-line I don't need any of docs and I don't need luggage tags. I should just get generic tags at the port.
While all this might be true, psychologically I need/want/desire my docs and tags, especially since I wanted something from some official channel with my "newly assigned (on 1/11/08!)" cabin number of 5632.
Sorry - just needed to vent my frustration!
