This day 2 of our road trip, Made Savannah GA within 20 mins of our planned time, all in all happy with time we made.

Rain into rain most of the trip today, a couple of heavy downpours blinding at times.

Went to dinner tonight, at Lady and Sons, Paula Deans restaurant,
Got in with no wait, thanks to downpour that happened as we got there
Whole line of people disappeared and they said if we could park the car quickly they were taking first come first server at that time

It was delicious

Ed - love the trip reports. I feel like I already on my way

Today was the worst for driving, ran into heavy blinding rain from St Augustine to the 528 cutoff.


Had to stop on three occasions it got so bad.

But we are here in cocco Beach and safe and sound.
