Count me in for the 5K!! And my fingers will be crossed too that we can find a CM willing to lead it. Jen, I saw your post on the main boards and the threads that were posted with it. That's all that I've seen too. For anyone to review, here's the post thread:

I laughed when you characterized me as a runner. (ie, I run but too slowly to be a "runner"!!) But thinking of the cruise and my high school reunion (supposed to be our 25th but we're a year late!!), as well as an upcoming Army weigh in...

With the weather getting warmer it seems like the cruise is getting closer. WOOOHOO.

My parents just purchased DVC yesterday (SSR - which is pretty funny since we live less than 40 minutes from Saratoga) - and added us on the deed!! They are snowbirds in FL and go over pretty frequently so we won't be using their points any time soon..but you never know....

Jen you can add me to the "interested" list for the 5K - I am not going to promise at the moment but I am definitely thinking about it. Also our Palo dinner on Thursday is 6:30pm for your reservations list.

Hope everyone is well and looking forward to the weekend. School here finishes for a one week break and then we are back for 6 weeks finishing around 20th July. DH is looking forward to his week off and I am looking forward to some help entertaining the girls!

Mel - I added you to the "interested" list. We live on this BIG block (long ways around it). I am going to try to figure out how many times around our block 5K is and then see if it is possible for me to run it. I am hoping that I can motivate myself enough to do it!

Jude - I hope you really do run slowly! Even if I get this run figured out...it will not be a pretty sight as I am sure that I will be SLOW! There are a lot of things to motivate me to do it and knowing a group of us will give it a try helps!

is hoping that Hopie is better by tomorrow, she has a double ear infection, strep throat, and pink eye in both eyes....OH the FUN!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi All,

Kristen I hope that Hope is feeling better today. Everyone is very quiet, hopefully it is because you are all enjoying a lovely weekend.

Today is the warmest day of the year here so far so I have been playing in the garden with DD1 while DD2 naps, yesterday I was a lucky girl and got a camera upgrade and a new lens (I now have a Nikon D90 and my new lens is the 18-200mm VR for anyone who is interested in photography!) I actually got the lens with our holiday in mind, I love to take photos but on holiday (vacation!) I don't want to be carrying lots of equipment so wanted a good all round lens which should cover everything I need on the trip

Have a lovely weekend all, Andrew I hope Venice is fun, it is on my "must visit" list!

Oh no, that is such sad news, sad for those wanting to try a banana daiquiri up there (me included) but of course mainly for the people who work there and live nearby.
