Well

Back at work, the team is happy I am back, they are saying the last two weeks have been hell for them, so I guess I was missed :rotfl2: :rotfl2:

Good Luck on your first day of school Jordon!!!!!!!!!

I have been watching all morning at work, I really need to get something done here!! LOL Steve took Jordan- she was so ready, she wasn't nervous or upset. She told my DH, see you later Daddy!! LOLOLOLOL He said he felt like crying in the parking lot!!!:lmao: :lmao: :lmao: I guess she was in daycare for 4 years, so it wasn't a big deal, only with Steve and I!!

Hi everyone! Long time, no post!!! We returned from LAX yesterday after one of our best vacations ever!!! :cloud9: :cloud9: :cloud9:

We had an absolutely, unbelievably awesome trip - the Mexican Riviera cruise was fantastic and our time in LA was amazing too! I totally fell in love with California and can't wait to return to see more. I'll probably be putting a trip report together soon - I'll keep you posted. :thumbsup2

Hope everyone's keeping well and enjoying the summer. And now for some news - as you may remember, my DH can't make this cruise next year so I initially considered just Samuel and myself sailing. Unfortunately, this is proving too complex as now DS has work experience lined up and also hopes to attend one/two of the many summer music festivals! So I've just put in a request with my TA to transfer next August's booking to one of the rumoured "special" 2010 cruises! ;) I'm sorry I won't be onboard to meet y'all but hopefully we'll get together on future cruises... :grouphug: :grouphug: :grouphug:

They announced on the repo cruise that some special cruises will be annoucned in Octobor. No hint were it will be going, but speculation is the Med again. I am hoping for alaska, but I think that will wait for the new ships.

Hey Karen,

Andrew was saying that on the repo cruise, that they will announce the 2010 cruises in October, and that there will be some special ports. That's just in time for your October cruise, so maybe you can get the insider info for us!!;)

Hi Everyone! Well this is my first full week back at work after the LA trip and the Mexican Riviera Cruise and I am allready ready for this trip! :cool1: We had a wonderful time, I have never felt so relaxed, it was a great trip. Like Jeff said this cruise was very casual. I had brought several dresses to wear but ended up wearing dress shorts and capris alot of the time. No one was ever very dressed.
Since it was me and my daughter we did sit at a mixed table of 8. It was all groups of 2 so it was nice to have the mixture. Paige was in that 11-13 year group, and yes I did catch her running around the ship. They can check themselves in and out and do whatever they want. There was usually a group of them going somewhere for something and then headed back to the club. She did enjoy herself very very much. I have told everyone that if you want to go on a vacation with your kids, but never see your kids, go on the disney cruise. She made alot of new friends and they have all exchanged phone numbers and email addresses.

Well I guess I will be popping in and out of this thread more often now that this is all I have to look forward to now...Another year of wishing it away ;) I can't wait for Tortolla. My 23yr old son has now decided to join us, he is worried about it being a childrens cruise I have insured him that he will have a good time! :yay:
