The driving is going good. almost got into a collision while at a stop sign, some guy decided not to stop behind me so he drove right next to me crossing over the double yellow line and almost getting into a head on collision with a car coming in the opposite direction. i didn't see him so i decided to move and then he cut right infront of me, with no warning, and i almost hit the side of his car, but i jamed on the break. then i looked infront of me and the same car ran a red light almost getting into another accident. then yesturday i was changing lanes and i saw a car in the left lane, the lane i was changing into, behind me so i judged and went thn all of a sudden i hear a car honk its horn, he was in my blind spot as i was going into the left lane. i told my mom i am staying in the right lane from now on!!! LOL:lmao: so i have drivers ed tomorrow so lets see how it all goes tomorrow LOL. i dont start school till after laborday. i dont know the exact date. i want to go back but at the same time i dont LOL. the reasons i want to go back is that i get to see all my friends at my regular school and at my other school, im a senior!!!!!(man it feels so good to say that LOL:rotfl: ) i dont want to go back because i dont want to wake up at 6:30 every morning to go to school. oh a side note, i decided to quit my high school kickline team. i decided to quit because the coaches got mad at me for showing up to practice late everyday because there were 8 people on my bus and i was the last person to get dropped off and there was nothing i could have done about it. and also i really had no interest in it anymore. and im going back to my dance studio so im happy with me decision lol. sorry if this is really long LOL:lmao:
OMG!! I hope you can get through Drivers Ed with no more incidents!!! You are gonna have so much fun senior year!!

Wow, what fun pictures!
We just got back a week ago from VB, DCL, and WDW so all of those things made me sad (in a good way though, your girls are too cute!). Seeing the pics makes me think how I can't wait to get back, though sadly I don't know when that'll be. DH is leary of booking anything until after the babes come! :scared1: I don't think I can make it though- we've always come home from vacation knowing our next vacation was within a few months. I've been very spoiled! :goodvibes Now he says that our next trip might not be til our cruise- over a year away!!! I don't think I'll make it! :lmao: We took DD7 at 5 months and got really brave and took DD3 at 2.5 months so I keep telling him we can take the twins in March! He's not really going for it though:confused3  :rotfl: Oh well, maybe I'll figure out a way to get my parents to go with me and the kids and Grumpy can stay home! :lmao:

I know I have to wait a year for our next Disney trip too, we won't be going again until the cruise, we are doing WDW 1 week and DCL. I cannot wait. I may convince DH to go a little longer at WDW, though. I would have liked to do Vero after the cruise, but the Monday after the cruise, Jordan starts school, I don't want to take her out the first week.

Samantha-

OK, your driving experiences sound NUTS!!!:scared1: You are learning first hand how crazy people can be out on the road!

I can completely sympathize with you on the kickline. I quit my senior year too. I was getting fed up with a few girls not taking it seriously. They were ruining it for the rest of us who'd been with the team from the time it started and we had worked so hard to get where we were. So I decided to walk away and overall I am glad I did. That was one less pressure on my senior year. You are making the right decision if it's making you happy!

OMG!! I hope you can get through Drivers Ed with no more incidents!!! You are gonna have so much fun senior year!!

Thanks guys!!! drivers ed was a whole lot easier today:woohoo: im soooooo excited for senior year!!!!:cool1:

Hi All, just checking in to say hi! Wow the pictures from Vero look great Kristin - thanks for posting them. One day when we are finally DVC owners I would love to go there :)

All is well here. In the UK the children stay in school for most of July and then have until the beginning of September off school - my girls are too little for school but as DH teaches Secondary School (High School) we are looking forward to tomorrow as it is the last day of term!

Will try and have a proper read back through the thread and see what you guys have all been up to! Our house rennovation is slow but it is getting there - I so wish we could do it at the speed of Extreme Makeover Home Edition - i would be great for it to be done in 7 days but it isn't going to happen!

Anyway, bye for now
Mel

Hey Mel!! I hope you get to do some fun things while DH is off!

I don't envy you the home renovations one bit!!!! Speaking of Extreme Makeover Home Edition, my employer is one of the material suppliers for an extreme make-over that just wrapped up today!! Quite a few of my co-workers in that area were volunteers and one of them took a ton of pictures from the tearing down process, up until the family arrived home today and they pulled the bus away! I was looking at the final pictures today and just kept saying WOW!! I wish I could post some of them here. I don't know when it airs for you, but here in the states, it's supposed to air in early October.

Love that ride, when Steve and I went a couple of years ago, Queen Latifah(I hope everyone knows who she is) was on the car ahead of us, with her entourage. That was cool to see her.

No one famous on there with us!

Super-HOT here today. Baked in the sun at Colonial Williamsburg, too.

We will be there three weeks from tomorrow. Did you do Jamestown and Yorktown victory center? Is it worth it? We are not going to Bush Gardens, but will probably go to the Ripley's museum. You will have to let me know whats good and whats worth missing.:)

56 weeks until the August 15 th, 2009 Tortola Treasure Seekers Cruise:dance3: :cheer2:

We liked Yorktown, but Jamestowne (for us) was just okay. I'll post more details when we're back home.

Spent most of the day at the pool then it was back to Busch Gardens. I rode Griffon - terrifying!!

Hi all, Just stopping by, while its a Sat, its a work day for me this week.
Just released a upgrade to a an application. If all goes well this will not be an all day event.

Mini count down for me, 23 days until Vacation. :)

I hope you can get done with work soon, Ed. Your vacation will be here before you know it.

We spent most of our time at those two parks as well.

Today we started at Colonial Williamsburg - caught some of the Revolutionary City that we missed. Then it was off to Water Country - lots of locals there on the weekend.

Tomorrow we head home and start counting down to WDW!!!

hello everyone:wave2: i just saw WALL.E today. i thought it was the cutest movie i have ever seen!!!:goodvibes how is everyone????

We saw it - good movie, long start without any dialog in the beginning though. Next up for us is the Dark Knight in IMAX on Wednesday for Tim's birthday.

Good morning all! Well, I guess it's good afternoon for most of you! I am two weeks into summer school, but I'm actually enjoying it. I was assigned two sections of my favorite class, World History B ( WW I-present). So I get to school at 7:30, school begins at 8:00, I teach the same lesson to two groups of students, school is over at 12:20, and I leave by 1:00. So I get to stay busy over the summer doing something I enjoy, and I make some extra money! I did bring some grading home with me this weekend, but I just couldn't stand to stay at school and get it done on Friday. Then at the end of next month I go on my Wonder cruise! I love summer!
