Oh definitely!!! It was quite a surreal meeting with the Doc as she went off on a bit of a political rant whilst I was there - very strange... Hope to have part two of Dr. B's 'Healthcare Politics 101' seminar next week...

Oh gosh, you poor thing. Dr.'s can be such a pain. Listen to me my brother is a dr. and I tell him all the time they are a such a pain!!!!!!!!

Mom just got back from the DR with Caitlin, we were correct, its a sinus infection. I will picking up the medicine on the way home.

Weather's been yukky here all day! And I feel so chilly I've had to light the fire... I'm supposed to be connecting the MacBooks to a new printer/scanner that arrived today but I can't be bothered - just want to snuggle in front of the fire...

What a odd day here weather-wise.... mid-60s and sunny..... though it's starting to look like rain now....

It's actually her face that reeks of paranoia! She's walking on eggshells right now because she's knows the next time she screws up - she might be gone!

I usually have this bewildered look on my face after dealing with her.... it's shocking!

A couple of weeks ago she comes into my office... "do you know anything about cars?.... every time I step on my brakes the whole car shakes...." I asked when the last time she had her brakes checked... "those have to be checked - they don't last forever...." "Do you think I'll make it to Friday on these...."

Is this woman FOR REAL??!! How old is she? How has she managed to get through life thus far?

Oh I see... How likely is it that you will be able to replace her??? Over here employment law is so tight, it's very hard to fire anyone...

No kidding! The last company I worked for had offices and a plant in the UK. There was one guy in particular they wanted to fire and it took over a year of documenting everything, suspensions, etc. to finally get rid of him.

A good woman's always worth waiting for, Harry...

I must not be a good woman then because my DH rarely ever goes shopping with me, and if he does I have like 30 seconds to decide if I like something!

We have pink eye now in our house...UGH!!!!!!!!!!

OH NO! So you did determine it WAS pink eye? Did you manage to get the drops in her eye yesterday before school? Is Hanna the only one with it?

Not today... I was on my own... Today I had to drive 75 miles into the bowels of NJ for a meeting It's a place where time has stood still... very creepy.... moral of this story - don't drink a liter of water before embarking on a long drive to EBF... the meeting/negotiation went very well for me - slam dunk, but I booked out of there w/o hitting the restroom - lots of trees around along the highway, but I was able to hold on!

Anyway, I digress, while out in the boonies I received a message from her stating she had "personal issue" and needed to leave early. My money is on something I can't repeat here though....

I know all of our kids have been so very sick. What is going on with this sickness???????!!!!!!!!!

On our news this morning they said that actually our CDC is reporting 4 times the # of flu cases and we aren't even at the peak. I am debating taking the kids and me to get vaccinated. DH can't get it because he at one time had Guillane Barre Syndrome.

Raining, hard here today!!!!!!!!

We woke up to torrential downpours. I guess that's one way to get all the salt off of our cars!

Well, did you have the empty bottle of water in the car with you on this trip?
