Morning everyone!!! All caught up now and looking forward to the day!

Very glad I made that Docs appointment as my sinuses are out of control this morning - the medication's not even taking the edge off!!! So it'll definitely be on my list when I see her at 3.10pm...

Got the gym at midday - having two PT sessions this week as my trainer owes me one so we'll see how that goes. If I enjoy, maybe I'll double up for all of February!!!

Now that is dedication - you are going to the gym even though you are ill?! When I was a member at the gym it took a whole lot less than raging sinus pain to make me skip a session!

I think it's the fact that I've paid extra for these sessions that keeps me going!!!

Plus I'm so used to this stupid sinus nonsense now - I had impacted sinuses for almost a year and didn't know what it was. Can you believe I actually thought it was part of aging!!!?? Eventually it got so bad, it felt like terrible toothache so I went to the dentist who x-rayed my jaw and spotted the whole impacted sinus thingy!!! Gosh, I loved that man!!!

Ouch!!! That'd be awful!!! Having already had to cancel a vacation coz of DH's inept company, I feel your pain. Fingers crossed for you, Nikki...

It's actually her face that reeks of paranoia! She's walking on eggshells right now because she's knows the next time she screws up - she might be gone!

I usually have this bewildered look on my face after dealing with her.... it's shocking!

A couple of weeks ago she comes into my office... "do you know anything about cars?.... every time I step on my brakes the whole car shakes...." I asked when the last time she had her brakes checked... "those have to be checked - they don't last forever...." "Do you think I'll make it to Friday on these...."

OMG Karen- you need to stay at home today!!!

So I've just returned from the gym - what a morning!!! First of all, I cam downstairs to find our front door wide open - seems DH didn't shut it properly when he left for work almost 3 hours previously!!! What was he thinking!!?? Anything could've happened...

Then, when I was getting ready fro the gym, I discovered a spider in one of my training shoes!!!! I chucked the shoe across the landing which dislodged the not-so-little chap from his hiding place so I could continue dressing but I was more than a little freaked, I can tell you!!!

Finally, on my journey to the gym, a young driver in front of me went through a couple of pillars (designed to slow the traffic down as they're quite narrow) at speed and knocked off his drivers side door mirror!!! This hurtled towards me and my car so I had to slam on the brakes and pull in as fast as I could!!! Fortunately the mirror just hit my tyre so no damage but, yet again, I was more than a little freaked!!!

I'm sincerely hoping that's going to be it for the day - fingers crossed for me, guys...

Ed, I'm glad that Caitlin is feeling better. Gwynne started up again last night with a fever that was making her feel lousy!!



Are ya proud of me? Did ya think I had it in me? BTW, what happened at the doctor yesterday?
