Just popping by to say even tho' I'm not feeling 100% yet, I am in the best mood as I just booked our flights to MCO for August 2009!!! They were only released today so I snapped 'em up as I didn't want to risk missing out like I have done for the NYE cruise!!!

I booked a Fly Drive package as they're always released long before the conventional flight only routes plus I get a 10% discount so I decided to take the worry out of waiting!!! I know Andrew booked his flights today too...

Very long ride home! It's turned to all rain now! A slushy mess.

I'm still at the office, IT never sleeps or gets a break. But traffic cams look good, roadway looks wet but clear.

My problem will be the mile before and after the turnpike.

That's exactly what my DH asks when the weather is like this. Our temps are below average for this time of year, and they have been for most of the winter.

Well school is out today. They just canceled after posting a 2 hour delay earlier. As I work from home this just became a day of locking myself in my home office in order to get anything done.

Have any of you gone on the Mexican Riviera cruises in the past? We are bouncing back and forth between planning that with a five night post-cruise stay in So Cal (where I used to live so I am very familiar and can visit old haunts). OR a four night double dip with a week at WDW. Decisions Decisions.

That's exactly what happened here today. I was thrilled because both kids are sick, and I was going to call them off from school anyway. Because of our cruise last Oct. DD can only be absent 3 more days the rest of the year or we have to get a doctor's note. DS still has 4 days he can miss. So today we got lucky!

I have no input on the cruises! I've only done the 7 day western. It sounds like a tough decision though!

Well, it was sleeting all night, they closed almost all of Maryland schools today, my mom works for Baltimore city schools, so she is off. That was good, so I didn't have to take Jordan to daycare, just on my way to my car, took her there(she lives next door) Anyway Jordan came out of her room last night about 10:30 and said mom I think I have to throw up, calmly went into the bathroom, put her head over the toilet and threw up, said can I get sip of water, I got that for her, she went back in her room, and went to sleep. What was that??? It was almost funny, she felt OK this morning, no fever, but glad she can stay home with my mom for some TLC.

I cannot wait for spring!!! Have I said that like a million times already?! Is she still feeling OK? I looked at the CDC map today for the week ending Feb 16th and it looks worse than the week before. All states had widespread cases of the flu, except Florida, which was still regional. It can't get any worse except for Florida to become widespread. Wouldn't this be considered an epidemic? One of my co-workers ended up in the hospital for a couple of days this week because of it. But she is pregnant, so I think that's probably why she got it so bad.

Morning Everyone!! the snow is really coming down over here. we got 5-6inches already. the weather people said that where i live, we might get up to 10 inches of snow. and of course it has to really snow on my winter break. LOL it never snows hard when im in school. LOL hope everyone stays warm and safe. Happy Anniversary Abby!!!!!!

Hey Kristin! How is Hope now? Gwynne says she feels tons better. DH gave her a shower and she is dressed. So it seems to be just a 24 hour thing. DH and I are still planning on going out with my co-workers tonight since it's just down the road and Hayden said he is feeling better too.

We did the Autotrain last time to Fl, drove back home.

Proberly drive again, but may take longer than day and 1/2. I don't like driving more than eight hrs a day if I can advoid it. Might do 12 if we start real early Its about 21 1/2 hrs from Ct to WDW

It's just freaky weather patterns... we are in the opposite boat - warmer than average temp. and our first snowfall didn't arrive until today...
