Is it too soon to ride Flight of Passage after a big Boma breakfast?

I can't speak for others, but that would work fine for me. I love FOP, but I don't find it to be "intense".... for example, I would not ride something like Rockin Rollercoaster after eating at Boma. Hope you enjoy both experiences!

I think it's fine. I agree with @DWillowBay - it's not intense like a roller coaster- those I do before I eat!!

The ride is really easy and during our June trip we did the Boma breakfast thing at 08:00. We had a large breakfast and we were at Animal Kingdom by 09:00.

You should be fine. Plenty of time to enjoy Boma without hurrying. And plenty of time to get to FoP.
