8:00 seating when park closes at 8:00

We will be back in the World January 28-February 4. I am able to make my ADRs August 1 and one place we are eating is Liberty Tree Tavern in MK. I know the official park hours are not set yet but going by Touringplans.com there is only one night where MK is open later than 8:00. We really want to get our ADRs around 8:00 because last trip we had them from 5:00-6:00 and honestly with the DDP we just were not hungry at 5 or 6. We even cancelled an ADR for Le Cellier because we just were not hungry. Since I am making them August 1 what if the park hour for the one night that shows MK open until 9:00 changes? How do they handle that? I may just make them all about 7:30 instead just to be careful

Many people choose to set their adrs for right at park closing.

If a restaurant offers it, then it is fine. People dine after closing as to not miss park time. If taking Disney transportation (bus) you will be fine as the buses run at least an hour after closing.

Thanks. I figure if it is offered as a time online then it must be okay. And we will be using buses so we are good there as well.
