Mike goes to KC again on Sunday evening, and wont be home til Friday night, late.
It will just be me and Albert....well and the ferret Leo.

Trying to get another article out, but I keep getting sidetracked..

Thank you for my birthday wishes, I had a lovely day. I didn't get up to much, I had coffee with a friend in the afternoon, did a double zumba class then Paul took me out for a drink or two. Next week it's Paul's birthday so we're going to do something nice then to celebrate both our birthdays

Hey Dancing Queens, long time no hear

How are you all keeping ? How long is it till your next trip. We still haven't got anything set in stone booked. We've booked a September 7 night cruise on the Fantasy, but until the flights are booked it isn't a certainty

8 more sleeps until we head to Florida for our Royal Caribbean cruise

It's so close but it still seems so far away. We are all really looking forward to it. Should be a nice trip.

I bet you are getting excited.

I have a bad case of cabin fever/wonder lust.
I think we are going to try for a long weekend in April and go somewhere. I would like to do a quick trip to the "World", but I think that wont happen.
We may try for some place like Myrtle Beach SC., But mike needs to see what kind of time he can get off. Hey at this point ANYTHING that gets me "away", I'll take.

Over the weekend Mike and I put up a pine board ceiling in our hallway and den. We still have to finish the den( we ran out of boards), but we will finish it this Sat. morning. Then it needs to be trimmed, but its starting to look very nice. Its light now, but will get darker as it ages.

Today I do laundry and clean house Not sure when my next story comes out. Just waiting for the go from Milli.

Did I see you were heading to California? That should be fun. Any other travel plans?
I have been doing a bit of research of England and the area. Not sure how we will split up the 2 weeks we will be traveling. We want to visit Ireland, England and Id like to spend a day or two in Paris. We will have to see what will be possible, but would defiantly like to meet up with you and Paul. Its not til Sept 2013, so there is time.

Well better get my self moving.

Betsy, I hope you get away for a weekend somewhere soon. Paul has been working so hard since the New Year, he's working late and having to get into work early, even at weekends, so we could really do with a weekend away too

Kerry & Becky and their friend Bex are heading to California in August, they've booked 10 days away, I think they're having 4 nights near Disneyland and 6 nights in Hollywood, they can't wait. Paul & I are hoping to sail on the Fantasy on 8th September, with maybe a few days either side at WDW

Hello ladies.

I've been back from my cruise for almost a week now. It was great having everyone onboard the cruise all together. I was surprised at how much time we actually spent together.

The Liberty of the Seas is a beautiful ship. I'd have no problem sailing on her again. She is very similar to the Adventure of the Seas which we have sailed on in the past, except that the Liberty is a bit larger and has the Flow Rider on it. The Flow Rider looks like a lot of fun.

I don't know what the weather is like where you are but here it is fantastic. Can't beat it right now.

Trying to enjoy as much of it as I can.

I've been busy because my mom is moving in with us next week. We've been working on emptying her house and packing stuff up. No little job when you've lived in a house for 56 years

Yay ! It's the weekend !

We've got a fun weekend here. Some of the family are calling round this afternoon to celebrate Becky's birthday, and I've put up lots of tropical decorations like huge cocktail and flip flop balloons, blow up palm trees and parrots I'll post some photos on Facebook later

It's Mother's Day here tomorrow too, so we're going to have a joint birthday/Mother's Day meal at TGI Friday's tomorrow evening, so I'm looking forward to not having to cook

Enjoy the lovely weather Robin. The weather was lovely here last weekend, but sadly it didn't last long and it's back to being dull and grey
