Hi Robin,
Mike really likes his job, and the people he works with.
I got a lot done yesterday, so I guess I don't mind another day off, but the next paycheck is going to be a bit on the small side.

We finally did get some snow, Id say about 4-5 inches, late yesterday afternoon. boy it snowed so hard at times I couldn't see my pond from my living room window. It was dry, so pretty lite, and blew around a lot.
Today we had quite a bit of sunshine, and a bit warmer..

Well Im off to watch some TV, with Mike.

Well I have to work today....
I have to be there early as we have a lunch meeting today and I am setting it up.

There is a great deal at WDW for 2011 dates. Its kids stay and play free....We were not going to take the kids this next time, but this deal will save us about 500.00 taking 2 DGKs ....Sooooo we are thinking of bumping the "Just us" cruise( which we will probably have to bump anyway as Mike is going to be super busy in May at work)and taking the DGKs(it would be Kateri, and Billy) this time (in Aug.). Then bumping the just us cruise for spring (May)2012...and we are open as to which Disneyship/destination to do!

Anyone interested in making it a DIS meet cruise?....Its sooo MUCH more fun cruising with my DIS friends!...So if you are at all interested...please let me know...as that would make it easier to decide what we want to do.... We have until March to change our res for the cruise without penalty.



I better start getting ready for work....

Happy New Year Dancing Queens, I could've sworn that I had posted a couple of days ago, but my post mustn't have taken

So, how was Christmas and New Year ? Fun I hope. We all had a very quiet family time, which was very different to our usual New Year in Orlando, it was still nice though

So how are your 2011 holiday plans coming along ? It's Becky's 18th birthday in March, so she wants us to take her boyfriend with us (not sure if Paul's wallet is so keen though ), so we're thinking either April or September for two weeks at the Pop Century. I just want to get something booked. Another option is to have a family holiday in September, then Paul & I may take a Disney Magic Mediterranean Cruise in May, as it will be so much cheaper than flying over to Orlando. I hope we get something booked soon

Mandy, a Mediterranean cruise sounds wonderful. I'd like that but the flight prices are just so expensive from here

Betsy, I got your card today. Getting together with you and Mike some time sounds great. If you want to come to Canada, you know you are always welcome here. Or we can get together at Niagara Falls again, or maybe Toronto........ whatever works.

Certainly something to keep in mind.

I dont remember this thread being this empty this many days before???

Well I am off today... I have no real plains...

I think I will go bring a coworker a small gift from Mcdonalds. She ended up closing all by herself on Friday night (there are normally two to clean and close out the drawer).. I had to leave early...I was soo sick I barley made it home to get sick, then I slept from 6PM on, that night, and most of the next day...Mike was not in the best of shape either...It must have been a bug. By Sunday we were both feeling much better...

Anyway, we have been talking cruises over on the TKers. I hope Mandy, and Kelly,... that either or better yet BOTH are interested in a dis cruise in 2012????

So far we have about six people interested in going...we are just not sure of the dates..thinking around summer(June, Aug?) sometime.

Well I am going to do some homework for work. I have to learn about a new online Pharm. we will be offering...
I have to get the online lessons done by the meeting tomorrow.

Betsy, I am glad that you and Mike recovered quickly from your little bug.

Yes it is very quiet over here most of the time now. Just like the TKer thread used to be. It has picked up a bit lately which I really like.

I don't know what I should do today. I need to go to work sometime this week and I need to go for food........... which one to do first

I know. Breakfast and a shower and then worry about that decision afterwards

Have you all had a lovely weekend ? We had a very quiet one. I had a lovely birthday thank you, and got some lovely presents (pics on Facebook )

Kelly, is off on a cruise at the moment. Kerry had been chatting to Carolin and she said that they were away

We're busy trying to sort out our holiday plans for this year. We are still thinking of Me & Paul taking a Mediteranaen cruise in May, then all of us heading to WDW in September, but we're still waiting to book at the moment, and hoping for some free dining deals

Any other news girls ? How are the wedding plans coming along Robin ?

The wedding plans are coming along as far as I know.

I'm not that involved in the planning part, so I only know what I get told

It might be a very small group at the wedding in Florida. Her mom is planning an at home reception for all the people who were unable to travel to the actual wedding.

I'm starting to think about what I will wear I am so not a dress up sort of person. But if the group is going to be very small, I guess I don't have to worry too much about it, do I?

My brother in law is in town (Rick's brother). We haven't seen him in over 2 years. So we got together with him yesterday.
