He really had fun with these... :teeth:

Oh, before I forget:
Betsy- thanks for the link and yea for you for having such a talented dog, the kids must have enjoyed the show!
Kelly- Sorry to hear about your kids complications at the drs. Cora has a murmur too. Had the EKG done about 2 yrs ago. We were told that she will probably never be affected by it. They only check it once a year now at the regular dr. More common than most people realize. Glad your daughter is okay, I'm sure she had a heck of a headache for awhile!
Suzi-glad to hear your mom's doing well! Tell her HI!
Poohfriend-More pixie dust for that darn house to sell! :teeth: :wizard: And don't forget to count painting as exercise!
Mandy-You gave your daughter the tv?....sounds like something I would do! :rotfl: :rotfl:
 to everyone else....have a low cal day!

My butt cheeks were getting sore from the bending over and standing up. I'm saying that was a pretty good workout for the backside!! :lmao:

Where's that darn tag fairy when you need her!? :rotfl:

Hi Wendy... Whew, I don't think I'd be able to keep up with you! Tell Randall great job on working with two new weapons, which ones are they?

Are you preparing to test for your black belt soon? Good luck to both you guys! I'd like to get Chad back to karate class, he's stuck on soccer so bad it's unreal. He's starting to weight lift a little too!

You guys keep your fingers crossed for Chad & Carolin this week, pretty please!! She's trying out for the cheerleading squad & he's hoping to make the soccer team/captain position :wizard:

Robin ~ Are you OK? You haven't been around for a couple of days, How did the Baby Shower go ?

:wave2: Mandy

I'm absolutely fine, thanks for asking.

I have been lurking around here everyday and have kept up with the goings on but for some reason I didn't have anything to say myself :confused3

Once you pick yourselves up off the floor :faint: you can have a good laugh at that :lmao:

The baby shower went great. She was very surprised. It was kind of funny. She had a whole day planned on Saturday.... kids had hockey, other stuff to do etc. Her husband had to find an excuse to get her to the shower, which was held across the road from their cottage at the lake.

He finally told her that someone had died and that they'd missed the funeral home viewing and the funeral was THAT afternoon. He picked someone close enough that she'd drop everything she was doing to go to the funeral but not someone really really close.

He was going to make an excuse to go out to the cottage but SHE actually said she had to go to the lake since she had no dresses at home to wear to the funeral :rotfl:

He puttsed around and found excuses to stall until she was really getting upset with him. Ya know, had to stop for gas, credit card "wouldn't" work in the gas pump etc ;)

Finally arrived out at the lake and he says . oh something is going on over at the Yacht club, I'm going to have a look. He comes over and says to us.... she'll be here sooner or later when she gets mad and comes looking for me.

She goes into get her dress. Comes out and stand there obviously upset that he is nowhere in sight :rolleyes1 Finally she stomps over to the yacht club and SURPRISE.... much better than going to a funeral anyday :p

We also played a couple of interesting shower game at the party.

They took little tiny disposable diapers and put a chocolate bar in it and melted it. They were still warm and actually looked quite disgusting (smelled okay though :rotfl: )

The game was to identify the brand of chocolate bar that each diaper contained.

Another game was.... they strung a clothes line and you had to hold a baby doll and talk on your "cell" phone and hang laundry at the same time. See how many pieces of baby clothes you can hang in one minute. :teeth:

Robin,
That is so cool...I bet she was ready to kill...Until she found out what was really going on...
:teeth:

Betsy... AWWW!! Cute pictures of Einstein!! Give him big kisses!! CW was looking over my shoulder at the pics, too and he wants to know if Einstein "blew out his flip flip and stepped on a pop top"!

He got a good laugh out of his joke ;)

Wendy... Thanks for the info! I was wondering if the dr. continues to monitor that and how often. Hope everyone is doing well in your neck of the woods :thumbsup2

Mandy... I have it posted on my calendar the 90 day mark (for our shore excursions)! That's not too far away! I've got to get thru Carolin's bday first  All her friends are asking for the haunted hayride again, CW loves doing it... I hate cleaning up afterwards (:wizard: this will be my easy button)! :lmao:

Robin! Hey gal! Gosh, what an excuse to come up with!!! And how funny on how it all played out :teeth:

I have to do a baby shower at the end of this month and needed a couple of games. I'm planning to do the diaper game, but I hadn't heard of the other one. Thanks for the idea  !

BTW... I'm gonna go with your countdown, I posted 110 days... I'll take 109... it's closer

Hey everyone happy tuesday and 110 days. Soon I'll be able to book the excersions for my family. (my mom and dad are a little clueless when it comes to the computer. the funny thing is they both use them everyday.) I've already started to fill out the online forms and finished my Mom and Dad's yesterday. I can't do anymore untill the six kids get there passports. We all got them done on the same day even though I'm far away from them. I hope they come soon. I love tuesday because I only have two classes and get done by 12:00. :cool1:
also it is only a few weeks till when my mom comes up to see me and I will show her the boards and hopefully then she will be hooked. I think she will be able to figure it out once I show her. I haven't talked to her yet today so I'll have to give you an update on how she is feeling latter.
Love Suzi

Hey Suzi! Did you get my email? It won't be long before you get your passports, it took everyone's but mine only about a month, mine took two! I think it was because I filed during the summer when everyone was going on vacation :goodvibes

We still haven't settled on our shore excursions, we've got about 2 weeks until we can reserve (mom & dad can start this Sunday, lucky ducks)!

Enjoy your Tuesday :thumbsup2

Kelly- I'm only a yellow belt. Both Randall and I will be testing for our blue belts in the few weeks. Our belt system goes like this: White, Orange, Yellow, Blue, Green, Purple, Brown, Red, Red w/black stripe, Black. And for those under 16, they have to wear a black w/white stripe til their 16th birthday...then black! My TKD instructor and I are the only two in the weapons class, so I get to work on things way above my belt rank. I'm pretty good w/forms it's those spinning or jumping kicks that get me!! :crazy2: I'm working on a new open hand form that I love. It's a black belt form too and it's not a tkd form, but I MAY do it for compitition if I ever get enough nervew to compete. :teeth: Randall likes competion, but it's quite expensive and they're always at least 2 hrs away!! :sad2:

pixiedust: for Chad!!

pixiedust: for Carolin!

Saturday night we went to my husbands, brothers, mother-in-laws for a get together. They made bean-hole beans, roast beef, taco salad, spaghetti pie, mac & cheese and more that I don't remember. We don't care for baked beans, but everything else was good, and I did try the beans. I was stuffed so bad that I could barely get up to go to the bathroom without my belly aching! :rotfl: Of course we had plenty of drinks as well....I think the margaritas are gonna kill my weightloss plan!

Hey Wendy, you sound like you've been busy, and it looks as though you were getting in some practice for all that lovely food on the Cruise :rotfl:

Ewww Robin, that sounds gross ~ but lots of fun too, did you win anything ? I bet the hanging the clothes game was a bit of a laugh, did anyone drop the 'baby' ? ~ LOL

Suzi ~ It would be nice if your mum joins the Dis, then she could get to know us too. I hope she's feeling better today :)

Mandy ;)

Wendy... that's pretty neat! We will be very protected between you, Randall, & CW! He's been trying to get back into his program, they start back up tonight :guilty: There goes my help at home during the week :lmao:

Mandy... I just saw Goofy & Minnie dancing, well on the computer anyway! If you haven't yet, click on the DCL video up above our thread, then click on the video list for clubs. At the end, they are dancing to a song on Grease

Thanks you guys for the pixiedust:

Thanks Kelly they were great, though the video kept pausing up on me ~ I wish I was there now :thumbsup2

Mandy :)

I can't wait to dress up for 70's nite and pirate nite! I've got to post the picture of CW in his wig for 70's nite, it's hilarious! I'll try to find it and put it on the computer soon :lmao:

Mandy, no one dropped the baby but someone stuck the poor thing down the front of her shirt :scared1:

I did win a chocolate bar. If you were the first to shout out the correct answer to the chocolate diaper you won a chocolate bar of the type that was in the diaper. :teeth:

I also got some shower gel for getting most of the chocolate bar types correct. You know what that means don't ya????? I eat too many chocolate bars :joker:

Robin - your night sounds like it was a scream :rotfl2: :rotfl2: Well done on knowing your choccie bars :thumbsup2

Kelly - I'd love to see some piccies of your hubby in his 70's wig. Me & Paul have never been to the night clubs onboard before, I really fancy it this time and I love 70's & 80's disco music .... and if they put Abba's Dancing Queen on, you'd better get out of my way as I'll flatten you on my way to the dance floor :rotfl: :rotfl:

Mandy :)

:lmao: We need her here! Someone who thinks out of the box, she might be a little to competitive though :lmao:

I love ABBA, mom played their 8 track in the car stereo all of the time! I'll be sure to move!

CW & I didn't get to stay in there at the same time :guilty: We went one night, I had to check on the kids at the OC so I told him I would meet him at the elevator. I forgot to say which one, we ended up walking in the same direction around the ship for about an hour missing each other.

I really don't know why one of us just wouldn't stay put. We kept walking back to the room, elevators, and finally the dance floor. I think we came to the conclusion that I was walking up the stairs by the pool deck when he was coming down the back one (someone was being a very sloppy, loud person by the pool).

When we finally met outside Wavebands, we were too tired to dance :sad2:

I really enjoy hanging out in the adult nightclubs at night on the ship.

I'm not much of a dancer, inspite of my dance classes ;)

But I do enjoy sitting there, listening to the music and watching the other dance. Also usually at least once a night the ship's stage dancers come in and do a little show which is fun to watch too.

I'm hoping some of you guys are going to hang out at night since my husband tends to go to bed early and I like to stay out later. It would be more fun to have someone to sit with ::yes::

Count me in :cool1: We stayed out late as well! It was a blast, the night club looked so cool!

Just be prepared, I like to drag people out on the dance floor! :rotfl:
