IV is the fourth Edward. He tends to like that nickname and so uses it alot. This is great. I will be looking forward to meeting everyone on the cruise. I will have plenty of time as IV claims the ship has a lot for him to do and many new friends that he can hang with.

I can't wait myself. It is great to meet people ahead of time. I am looking forward to meeting Kelly and her family, Mandymouse and cruisin. If you all have kids I know IV would love be get to know them. GPa is just the means of getting there.

Hello Betsy! Did u have alot of destruction from the flood? Have fun mowing, I know all the rain we've had here has made cutting the grass a blast *said sarcasticly* It grows sooo fast!

It was pretty bad around my area :sad2: , but all we have to deal with is a alt. RT. to the city as our bridge washed out...Its a real pain ...and Its going to take months to fix, Im sure.
Oh and I have to say that my lt. road that use to get only local(4 houses)traffic, now seems to have everbody and their brother going by  to get to the city without a very LONG detour ...Oh well such is life ;)...
:rotfl2: You know NOW would be a good time for a yard sale :lmao:

I'll have to bring my stuff too, seeing as u have sooo much traffic :teeth:

Edd, thanks for the name explanation.

Sorry we are not bringing any children with us either.

Our two are 19 and 22.

Sunny medford has a son who is 9 and there are others who have visited the thread that have children near to that age.

So what deck is your cabin on? A lot of us are on deck 6. It just might be the deck to avoid ;)

Our black lab kept trying to pick up our fireworks (lit ones) off the ground and run off with them.

We have a yellow lab who does the EXACT same thing, :rotfl: the bang reminds Cooper of the rifle so as soon as he hears it, he goes off running to find a bird or something, :teeth: or just plain chase the fireworks to catch 'em like a frisbe or something. It's quite amusing. Luckily, he didn't put lit ones in his mouth. Cooper also likes when we make smores....I sneak him a toasted marshmallow every now and then. :rolleyes1

I am on deck 6, 6586. I feel at home because I thought I would be to noisy for everyone and now I know everyone else is noisy. Can't wait. It seems like the times I waited for Disney World to open. Just doesn't go fast enough.

Hi Edd  , I'm Wendy, aka;sunny_medford.
And Robin was right, I do have a 9yr old going on the cruise. (he'll be 9 the end of August) I will also be bringing my 6 yr old daughter(age at time of cruise), my 18 yr old step-daughter, my husband and my mother in law. This is a chistmas present for the kids so we haven't told them yet, otherwise I would allow DS to post messages to your grandson. I didn't think that all the way through, I wasn't thinking about them getting picture for passports, thankfully, they're a bit naive, so I could tell them anything and they would fall for it! :rotfl2: This vacation will be our first family vacation. DH has his own business and it is difficult to get away especially from March to December. :guilty: Anyway, I'm looking forward to posting with you and getting to know you through this thread.
BTW, I think we're on the 8th deck, can't remember now and I hid all the paperwork so the kids wouldn't find it. :rotfl:

Hiya Cruisers! I've been so busy and lacked the time to post. I hope everyone is doing well. The year is flying by! I've got a ton-o-stuff to do this evening, but I had to say hello!

Sunny - I bet your son is going to have a marvelous time on the cruise! I'm just bringing my DH. All the kids are grown, gone and have kids of their own. It's just the two of us and I think my DH is SOOOooooo cute! *sigh*

Ya'll have a great evening and I'll try to stop in more often!

I can't wait to see everyone in person!

Woohoo !! Someone else on Deck 6, that's the party deck party:

We're travelling with our two girls age 15 & 13, so they'll be hanging out in the Teen Club.

Kelly ~ I hope you enjoyed the KC concert

We had a great time at the POTC 2 movie, it was brilliant, and I can't wait to see it again pirate:

I hope you all have a fab weekend, is anyone doing anything nice ??

I don't know what DH has planned for the weekend. I tried to talk him into going to see POTC2 pirate: , but he didn't seem to into it. I just bought a POTC t-shirt, but I bought it so I could have Johnny Depp on my chest!! :rotfl2: DH left work about an hour early yesturday so he could mow the lawn. He got quite a bit done. :thumbsup2 He usually leaves aroun 2-3 on Saturdays so he'll probably mow more :sad2: and he is actually taking tomorrow off....once every 6-8 wks he takes a Sunday off, so he'll probably mow some more :sad2: !! We have about 8 acres that he tries to keep mowed. (50 acres all together) Some gets mowed with the push mower and some with the really big tractor. He enjoys mowing with both, thank goodness, I have NEVER mowed a lawn in my life, I'm afraid of lawn mowers. :3dglasses
Glad you enjoyed your movie popcorn:: Mandy. I'll get there to see it somehow!

:wave2: Hi Wendy

I've got a Captain Jack Sparrow t-shirt too, I'm going to wear it to Pirate Night on the cruise pirate:

Mandy :)

I  the name Cooper, I had a hound that was red so of course we named him Cooper! I miss him :guilty: , he was a good doggie :goodvibes

Mmmm... smores, we were suppose to make them 4th of July but a storm came in just after we lit the last fireworks! I gonna bug DH to start a bonfire so we can toast marshmellows tonite!
