I can't get FP+ for 7DTR for the last week in Sept and have been trying for two weeks - at any time! (I also have been having zero luck getting into restaurants that have always been open 2 months in advance!!! like Crystal Palace!) I am wondering if you dissers think I might have any luck getting on the train ride right as the park closes to non party people and opens to MNSSHP ticket holders? if so, any advice about when to get in line? My understanding is that you cannot get on a ride after 7p.m. without a wristband. So would 7 p.m. be the best time to get in line for the shortest wait? Or would you get in line earlier - or later? Thoughts everybody? I want to get my DGD9 on this ride!!!

I see you are still here....go now and look again! They had a glitch in the system that canceled all FP's for party nights from 6-7. They fixed it and yesterday there were FP's for the 6-7 for 7DMT opened on my date anyway.

I'll warn you right now, at 7pm that line will be at least 60 minutes long, and probably longer. I would anticipate between 75-90 minutes.

They don't kick any guest currently in line out of the park. There will still be AT LEAST one hour's worth of day guests in that queue. 7pm would be the worst time to try.

You mean SDMT, right? Regular guests can enter the line right up to 7:00. Party guests can enter the line anywhere after 4:00. And will probably still be lining up after 7:00. So the standby line at 7:00 is not going to be any shorter than any other day. If you can't get a FP, try getting in line just before the park closes at the end of the party.

Went back and tried to get SDMT and still nothing available - even just before party started. Did check and get one for the afternoon we leave for US... WE can stay late if we don't manage to ride it during the party sometime. but I am going to keep trying to change the 3:40 PM time for something in the morning.

Make sure you try splitting your party up, it's sometimes easier. Just get overlapping slots . Or take a single and keep looking for another

Last year at a sold out Christmas Party the two times we first went over there the line was running about 60 minutes (5:30 p.m. and during the first parade.) // After the second parade we stood in line and got on in about 40 minutes. That still gave us time to run over to Space Mountain and do two rides before midnight.
