7DMT FastPass

So, I'm trying to get the 7DMT for 5/15, and the park hours are from 9am - 12am. Now, there are no FP available after 9:40 pm, but every hour before that is available. Is this normal and they'll open up the later times?

Is it overlapping with other times you already have other FP+ booked that day? It won't let you overlap so you'd have to move those others to temporary times, then it will open up the later times for 7DMT, you can change those, then go back and change the times of your others to what ever you want. But no overlaps.
