Hi all! We are booked on the Western for Sept 23-30! Me, DH, DD(12) DS(10) and DS (5). This will be our first Disney Cruise. Yes, we are going to WDW this May (leaving very soon!) we're spoiling ourselves this year lol. We are taking my MIL on the cruise. We had planned to take her to Disney with us this May but her health decreased significantly and walking thru the parks would have been too much for her. As it stands now, we think she would enjoy the cruise, but if anything goes downhill more than it already is (she has early Alzheimers and just a few weeks ago had to have a foot of bowel removed due to cancer) then we will have to go without her. We were really hoping to have a really fun holiday with her for the kids to remember her by before the Alzheimers got it's hold on her and changed her too much. We know the time is coming where she won't remember us and we really wanted one last great fun Grandma time. She's young, only 65, and a huge kid at heart, loves anything kids enjoy. Our fingers are crossed that she'll be healthy enough to go.
ANYWAYS...lol....I just wanted to know if any of you are booked in on this one or not! I'll be going thru all the threads here for cruise info, as this is our first one and I am hugely anal about planning and organizing and I want to know EVERYTHING!!!!! lol We'll be in Fla. May10th to June 6th, 10days of it in WDW, and when we get back everything will revolve around scrapbooking that trip and planning for the cruise!
