7am EMH

7am EMH morning, what's my best shot at getting to MK early to line up for 7DMT? The big boat would start running at 6:30, but if we do that we won't be near the front of the pack for 7DMT. The contemporary boat isn't until 6:45 so that won't work at all. Are we left with driving? I want to
be at MK no later than 6:30.

If we drive, how do we get there from FW? Last year, we drove and it seemed like we had to go way out of our way to get back to the MK gates. Someone said we could cut thru the Polynesian, can someone give me directions!?!? Thanks!

We did 7 am emh in November and took the boat at 630. This was before the opening show changed to in front of the castle so the opening show was at the train station. It started right after we got through the gate. Then we went straight to 7DMT. We weren't in the front of the pack but crowds are so low that early that we were on without much wait. We got so much done that morning from 7-10. By 10 the crowds were growing. It's worth it to get up early for the 7 am emh.

We are just toying with the idea. Thinking that if we were one of the first through the line, could we get on with a 40ish minute wait? Just hypothesizing. Our plan is...7DMT (once, maybe twice) if line is too long for a second 7DMT, head to Peter Pan and Small World before waiting for Splash and Big Thunder to open at 8am. After those two head to adventureland to do those rides. I would hope to be done with that around 10am. We would skip Pan and Small World if we could do 7DMT twice by 8ish as that is by far the kids favorite ride! (ages 5 and 3) Any insight or tips into those early hours would be great! Thanks!

I vaguely remember checking the wait time as we exited with thoughts of a 2nd ride but it must have been 30-40 minutes because we moved on to other rides we wanted to do that morning. I think you have a good strategy to do fantasy land and then head to splash and thunder and then adventureland. Seems like most of the crowd heads straight to fantasy land first. So as the park opens at 8, it will get crowded there. Have fun!

This question might be better suited for the DIS Theme Parks Board but IIRC only Fantasyland and Tomorrowland are open for Morning EMH.

I did a test run to the magic kingdom two days ago. I was trying to do a rope drop. The boat running to the Contemporary came so I jumped on it. It was a 9:00 am opening. On the way to the Contemp I saw all the boats coming out of the overnight storage to start their morning runs a half hour before park. I don't know how the EMH affects everything, but the fleet came out for a 30 minute before park opening.

The boat starts 30 minutes before EMH too. So did you make it in time?
