7AM EMH--What time does the security line start forming?

In January, we were there for only one 7am EMH. We left the DLH at around 6:30am, got through security within about 5-7 minutes, and did the walk through DTD to be in line by about 6:45 for a 7am EMH. We stayed at the Grand last week and I can be more specific because it's fresher in my mind and every morning was a 7am EMH. We got in line for Monday's DCA EMH at 6:55am and were near the front of the line. Tuesday's DL EMH we were in line at 6:45am and probably had 10 people in front of us. Wednesday's DCA EMH we were more tired from MHP the night before so didn't make it downstairs until 7:15 at which point I ignored everyone's advice on this board and tried to use the GCH entrance to DCA. Well, there is a reason that the people on this board say not to do that. It was our longest line into the parks for sure! Thursday we were in line again at 6:45 for DL EMH, and this time we were already back under the monorail. The lines got progressively longer throughout the week, so I'd plan for that.

Thank you so much to everyone for all of the great information!
We are going to be in the parks next week Monday through Thursday. I know the crowds will be pretty intense due to Columbus Day on Monday and the end of Gay Days weekend. Hopefully we can be early enough to beat the lines in the morning at security and the gates.
If anyone has any more experiences about a 7 a.m. EMH from the DLH, I am happy to hear every tiny detail!

We went in June and our only 7am EMH we were lined up by 630 and were second or third in line at the gates. Once they open the actual metal gates we always slide over to be first or second at one of the two turnstiles behind each gate.
