$75 exchange fee question

Okay, at the risk of sounding like an idiot on the boards today, I have another DVC policy question.

I booked 2 staterooms on DCL for 6 people. I thought the Member Services agent said $75 per person. But as I have been reading the boards it seems like $75 a booking. Which is correct?
