70th Anniversary Pinocchio Paperweight

I was given a "Wish upon a star" paperweight as a gift. It was produced in conjunction with the release of the 70th Anniversary of Pinocchio. I was wondering if anyone has one of these? Where did they come from and how much are they worth? I cannot find much information about them online.

I do not remember this specific item, but the Disney Gallery stores often sold items like these around the dates of various character or movie release anniversaries. So I would guess it might be from a Disney Gallery store. What does it say on the bottom of the item?

I paid $6 for one on ebay ............
