Found a new promo code for Coldwater Creek purchases. I don't shop here, so I don't know anything about their prices. Use WHH5226 for the 70% promo code.
Outlet items are an automatic 60% off of clearance prices. Shipping starts at $5.95.

You can also use one of the ebates sites to order through to get extra savings:

So it's an additional 60% off the marked prices in the outlet?

I think it would be an additional 70% off the already reduced prices with the promo code, if you choose to shop the outlet prices.
If you just shop regular priced items, then the 70% promo code would still apply.

I also just saw on their website on the front page "Online Only - Sale extended - Take 60% off everything storewide - use offer code 60sale (exclusive of tax & shipping)"

I did a mock purchase and here is what it said:

(1) essential crewneck tee - reg price $16.xx; sale price in outlet $14.99; minus 70% discount of $10.49; plus tax & shipping of $6.75; total for shirt $11.30.

Personally, this is too much for me to spend on a t-shirt; however, if you like Coldwater Creek, it may be worth it for you.
