Diet & Execise!
Low Carb diet but not strict like Adkins. I started with 10 min light weight lifting, a one mile walk and 10 min stretching every day. Then I slowly increased my activity. Now I do 15-20 weights, 3 to 5 mile run by a heart rate training program and a good stretch every day. I've begun to integrate foods back into my diet now so the last few months have been very slow but it works for me!
