Sorry I got mine yesterday..........are you the person who's TA went out of business??? I'm sure if you call disney they can help you. I would think Disney has their money by now, or they wouldn't have assigned you a state room or let you book palo, etc. So perhaps they can send out your tickets.

Perhaps this is why you haven't received your tickets yet, because Disney wasn't able to send them to the TA??

I would call Disney, they are still open I beleive until 10:00 pm and explain what happend.

You have your confirmation number and your reservation on line saying you are booked and your receipt for payment in full...........do yourself a favor and call them now and put it to rest instead of driving yourself nuts waiting for the mail.

Yes that would be me...She said she had it all fixed so they would send it to us at home but we are not seeing anything...I paid for it all back in january so I know they got the money already....I think I will call...one of our smaller kids is having his birthday tomorrow and I know that is all I will be thinking of (he is not joining us on the trip) thank you

Thank you so much!! I called, they were sent out yesterday and we should have them by monday she was able to confirm the delivery address so I feel much better!!!

This morning I tried to book one of the excursions over the phone on my own, when we were almost done they asked me what cruise line I was traveling with and when I said Disney Magic, they said they were not able to take my reservation because they have an arragement with Disney Cruise, yet I went on line and I was able to do it that way with the same company's web site, there was a question in the form about what hotel we were staying and I just answered "no hotel coming in a cruise". Has anyone else had this problem?

I understand!!!! I called today and she told me they send them out 3day mail with ups. UPS does not work on sat. or sun. so I would bet next week. It made me feel so much better to hear it myself though. However, that is what I was told and would bet yours is the same, if that makes you feel any better.

I got an email from my TA saying she received my docs and asking if I want it mailed or picked up. She'll be in the office tomorrow which is close so I will pick it up tomorrow.

We are going to try and work a swap of rooms once we board, to try and get 5524 so we have the connecting rooms. Otherwise, I suspect it will be DH & DS in 1x room (5520), and DW & the youngest (5522) in the other. Either way, we will hang our FE on 5522.

I called our TA (AAA) yesterday and she had not gotten the paperwork from Disney either. I was so disappointed but she said we would probably get it next week. So some of us are in the same "boat"!

are any of the other teens going on the wild side exc. in castaway cay?? My teens are, however, we dont get off the ship that day till 9:30 and the exc. starts at 9:00 does anyone know how that works??
