7 Night Itinerary Question

Okay, I am being my stupid self and cannot find a thread that lays out this information, so I am going to ask the question.

On the 7 night Eastern, what is the itinerary for each night? And, what I mean by that is when is formal night, pirate night, this night, that night, etc.?

Formal nights are Monday and Thursday and pirate night is Wednesday (it was on our Western)

Formal night on Monday would be perfect, because that would be our actual anniversary. Also, is Palo's any different on formal night? We did the Wonder last year for our anniversary and chose Palo's because it was more formal. But, I also don't want to miss out on my lobster!

Formal night on our Eastern was Sunday & semi-formal was Thursday.... Not sure if this has changed.....

I believe formal night on our Eastern was Sunday night. Character breakfasts are the first sea day after your first dinner in Animator's Palate. So you have dinner in AP on Sunday night and you have a sea day Monday, that morning will be your character breakfast. If you have AP dinner on Monday night you will have character breakfast not until Thursday morning.... make sense?
