Seven months to go untill we leave for the FORT

Im hooked, I visit this board daily, Im always looking on Ebay for fort wilderness stuff, Disney world stuff

My DW says Im obsessed with going camping at Disney:confused3

man I would go right now if I could, I think Im more excited then the kids will be! (this is their Christmas present)

Man how does one handle the wait, wait waiting:sad2:

Me too!!! We are going for the first time in April 2011. At first we booked CBR but then decided to take the camper instead. Now all I can do is plan, plan, and plan!! I have been working on shirts, pillowcases, travel games, etc. My family says if I don't stop they may cancel the trip because I'm driving them crazy!!!

Im glad Im not the only one, I have prolly 50 designs for t shirts

looking for a string thermal back pack now

Holy smokes, 50?? I'm still trying to figure out how to do that cool tye die thingy.. I did my first trip in October.. LOVED it..

going back in April as well the week of the 10th.. tent camping unless santa brings me a pop up.. but I'm not sure.. I been not so nice somewhat this year :rolleyes1

then again in October for Halloween, it rocked this past trip, literally NO crowds ..

Dude, breath easy. I think an intervention may be in order! :rotfl2:

What a wonderful Christmas present for your family. That means you'll be at the Fort late spring next year? My advice would be to leave some days to relax and enjoy the fort. Lounge by the pool. Canoe around the canals. Roast marshmellows at the Campfire. Pose for a picture with Chip and Dale (I do and I'm 46). Have the kids take part in the staffed activities around the Meadow(s) Pool daily. Ride bikes and go looping. Watch the fireworks from the beach one night. Search for the lost portions of the Fort Wilderness Railroad. Read a newspaper on the porch of the Meadow Trading Post as soon as they open and the shadows are slanting through the moss-covered trees facing the 900-loop. Eat a Giddyup-and-Go (GAG) as take-out from Trail's End. Explore in River Country (wait, I take that back)...

Enjoy!

Theres no such thing as being obsessed with going camping at Disney.

I do however believe that there are a buncha people obsessed with not even thinking about going camping at Disney.

(those people need help)
